Order Wrong, Allergic Reaction Risk
My experience at this restaurant was concerning. While the service was initially good, they made a critical error with my order. I requested a McChicken sandwich, but was instead given a cheeseburger.
This was particularly alarming as I have allergies to many of its ingredients. I informed the staff about my allergies, and the potential severity of the situation was clear. Due to this significant mistake and the associated health risk, I will NOT be returning.

Mixed Experience with Manager Issues
My experience at this restaurant was a mix. I generally enjoy the food here after shopping, and it was rated a 5 out of 5. However, the service was problematic.
The manager, possibly named Vince or Vance, was observed giving away free food to Walmart employees. He was also overheard discussing a romantic relationship with a Walmart employee while I was dining with my uncle. This behavior made the manager seem rude, impacting the overall atmosphere, which was rated a 1 out of 5.

Shocking Service, Double Charged, No Refund
On August 2nd, 2025, I ordered online via the McDonald's app and came for pickup. I showed my order number to the girl at the front, but she informed me it wasn't the correct number and I needed to hit 'I am here. ' The option was no longer visible in the app.
The staff member then ignored me and my child, who started crying after a long wait. I had to re-order the same items, resulting in being charged twice. Despite reporting this to McDonald's care and them contacting the store for a refund, three weeks later, I've received neither contact nor a refund.
This experience was bad and unfair, as they seemed indifferent and acted as if customers were a bother. I will not return and advise others against it, especially if they have children, as the staff showed no care.

Great Improvement in Service and Food!
My experience at the restaurant was excellent. The service was outstanding, with the staff being very friendly, polite, and fast. The place has improved significantly in recent months.
We always get our food there when we shop at Walmart, and previously, the food took a long time, but lately, they have been very quick.

Great Service, Stingy Owner
My experience at this restaurant was marked by excellent perfect service from the team of employees. It was evident that the employees genuinely care. However, I was dinged because they couldn’t give me any condiments.
Apparently, the owner makes them charge for even one condiment, and I would have had to get back in line to pay again. While some nearby McDonald's have scammer employees trying to charge exorbitant prices for sauce, these employees seemed nice and genuinely apologetic, stating the rule was dumb and they wished they were allowed to give condiments. My order was correct, with no issues besides the stingy owner.
