I believe this is the best place to go in San Francisco if you're looking for Switzerland food. 🇨🇭 The atmosphere is perfect; it's a calm place with very good ambient music. Furthermore, the people are really kind. As a French person, I can confirm that the fondues are exactly the same as in France or in Switzerland. I recommend it to everyone!

As a French person, I can be quite picky about cheese, but my experience at this restaurant was truly amazing. I was craving raclette and finding this place was a delight. The service, the plates, and the wines were all perfect. It was a wonderful experience.

However, the main course, the Veal Zúrcher Style, was disappointing, comparable to prepared food from grocery stores, earning a low food score of 2. My experience at this restaurant was mixed. The salad had a good portion size, but the combined platter with cheese and charcuterie was ridiculously small and the cheese was already expired. We were not served bread with either the salad or the platter, which is standard in Switzerland for both dishes. When we asked for bread, we were brought 5 half, dried-out slices and charged USD 6. - for it on the bill. It's a shame because the atmosphere is great, but as Swiss customers, we unfortunately cannot recommend this place.

We recently tried this restaurant last Saturday and had a wonderful experience. We ordered the Neuchatel cheese fondue and finished with the chocolate fondue! 🫕 They were both delicious. The only thing that was not ideal was the chocolate fondue temperature; it wasn’t warm enough, but it still tasted delicious! 🤤
