Great Cocktails and Happy Hour
My experience at this restaurant was great! I enjoyed the great cocktails and a good happy hour. The friendly bar staff were attentive, and it was nice to have sports on the TV.
It's definitely worth a visit!

I recently had a team dinner at Matador and was really happy with the experience! I ordered a classic margarita and tacos, and everyone in our group loved what they ordered. The service was impressively fast for our large group.

Delicious Quesa Birria!
My experience at the restaurant was fantastic! I tried their Quesa Birria, and it was super good. The beef was really tender, and it was loaded with cheese.
The consume was flavorful as well. I also enjoyed the Guacamole and Chips.

Disappointing Birria Tacos
My experience with the birria tacos was extremely disappointing. The tortillas were burnt, and there was an excessive amount of cheese, which is saying a lot since I love cheese. The birria broth tasted like chicken stock, and the salsas were bland.
The guacamole had such large chunks that it was difficult to scoop. I definitely won’t come back.

Rude Service and Hidden Charges
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The food was just okay, nothing special. What really stood out was the service, which was unfortunately rude.
We were charged an 18% "large party service charge" for a party of two. The bartender didn't print the bill, and I only noticed the charge after asking for the receipt. This lack of transparency and the bartender's rudeness made for a negative experience.

Disappointing Drinks, Waste of Money
I ordered something from here through the Doordash app, and honestly, the drinks were very small and pure ice, excessively sweet. I ended up throwing away everything I ordered. They should be more understanding and do things right.
I don't recommend it unless you have money to spare and want to throw it away.

Delicious Tacos and Pizza, Great Atmosphere!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I enjoyed the delicious tacos and Mexican pizza. The service was friendly, and the interior was casually cozy.
The dishes were presented in a snackbar style. I highly recommend this place!

Worst Service, Decent Food
My experience at this restaurant was marked by some of the worst service I've ever encountered. Our server took our order and then disappeared for an extended break, failing to arrange for anyone else to assist us. Despite a small table filled with a variety of dishes, empty dirty dishes accumulated, and the food runners seemed indifferent.
In desperation, I resorted to clearing our own table multiple times, moving dirty dishes to an adjacent table. This led to another server scolding me for interfering with their plan to clean and seat another party. Our original server finally reappeared only when it was time to pay the bill.
On a positive note, the food quality was quite good, rated a 4 out of 5.

Incredible Value: Poloze Rojo
My experience at the restaurant was fantastic, particularly regarding the food quality. I found the poloze rojo to be the most quality food per dollar in San Francisco at the moment. The atmosphere was also a highlight, rated a 5 out of 5, and the service was equally impressive, also receiving a 5 out of 5.
It was a great lunch experience with a price point of $10–20 per person.
