I was craving tacos after a week away from Mexico and decided to try Loxicha. Honestly, they exceeded my expectations. The tacos were very good, and the portions were generous. I'm giving it a 9/10 because I'm quite particular, but it's definitely worth trying. If you go, order a side of guacamole for your tacos; you won't regret it.

My experience involved having 3 soft-shelled tacos (though I would have preferred hard shells) with rice and medium sauce. The rice was very flavorful, and I opted out of beans. Overall, the meal was good, but not great, primarily because the steak meat was a little dry, indicating it was slightly overcooked. Despite this, I will come back again.

I highly recommend choosing THIS location over their sister restaurant on 15th street, as it's kitty-cornered to Roosevelt. Their refried beans are an obsession; I'm toodling on how to scratch replicate them at home. The true super secret, though, is their “pico de gallo” (or what I first asked for as “Mexican slaw”: an extra order of). I cannot get enough of that! It's toothsomely shredded green & red cabbage; minced tomatoes, cucumbers, white onions; minced cilantro; with a touch of lime, red spice & salt. The young man who seems to single-handedly run the place is a charmer & gem. Double-plus good!

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I ordered the mulitas and was impressed by the fast service. The red sauce was fantastically spicy, which I loved. It's great that they use compostable packaging. For $14, I received a full plate with rice, beans, and slaw, plus a can of soda. Just a heads-up, it's cash only.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! Roman is the best. The food is quick, which is why we come here a lot. All our cash goes to eating here, lol. The Mulitas are tasty.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I had the best food I've ever had. It wasn't expensive, and I received a good amount for the price. The flavors were delicious, and the hot sauces were truly impressive. The red one is fire, and the green one is my favorite. I will highly recommend this place to friends and family.

My experience was incredible! I had the best shrimp tacos I’ve ever eaten. The fish tacos were also good, but the shrimp tacos were definitely the preference. The rice & beans were flavorful and fresh. I’ve been dreaming about going back!

My experience at the restaurant was very positive. I ordered the four street tacos with a drink. I chose two carnitas and two chicken tacos. The meat was cooked with a lot of flavor, and I will definitely be returning.

My experience at the restaurant was alright. I ordered an al pastor burrito, which was decent. However, I was disappointed with the service as I tipped $3 in advance and only received 2 containers of salsa. I should have checked the bag before leaving. On a positive note, the burrito was quite large, weighing in at 26 ounces.

My experience at this food truck was fantastic! The tacos were great, offering a generous amount of meat and excellent value for the price. I was so impressed that I now make sure to keep cash on hand specifically for visits to this truck. The horchata was also awesome, with a genuine rice flavor and pleasing texture, not overly sweet. I'm truly grateful to have this delicious option nearby!
