Permanently Closed - No Spicy Chicken
My experience at this restaurant was that it is permanently closed. The bowling alley is changing it out. I would not recommend going here if you are looking for spicy fried chicken.

Restaurant Closed - Delivery Still Available
I wanted to update that the restaurant has closed down. Only the bowling alley is still open. It's so sad to see another neighborhood restaurant gone.
😞 There was no sign or notice of closure. GrubHub still allows you to order for pickup. It's important to notify delivery services because they still allow orders for "pick up" at the Hazelwood address.

Spicy Wings, Huge Sandwich, Empty Atmosphere
My experience at the restaurant involved trying their chicken sandwich level 2 and wings at level 3. I found the chicken sandwich not spicy at all, which made me wish I had opted for level 3. The wings, however, were spicy and borderline painful to eat, though still edible.
I can't imagine trying level 4, likely only for bragging rights due to anticipated unbearable spice. The chicken sandwich itself was noted as very crunchy and impressively huge, though it didn't particularly impress me or create a craving to return. The visit was in the morning, and the restaurant was essentially empty, with no other patrons and the bowling alley closed, contributing to a sense of emptiness.
Parking was street-only, but we found a spot easily in nearby residential areas.

Good Flavors, Lacking Heat
I've partaken in a lot of hot chicken places throughout the Southwest, and I always go for the "challenge" or ones that require signing a waiver. For some reason, the owner thought I didn't know my stuff. Although I was a bit disappointed with the heat level of number 2, the flavors and serving size were right on!

Juicy Chicken, Big Portions, Great Service!
My experience at this restaurant was on point! I didn't need any extra seasoning because the food was perfectly seasoned. The portion size was big, and the chicken was juicy.
The service was great, receiving a perfect score of 5. Overall, the food also received a 5-star rating, and the atmosphere was rated a 4.

Seriously Spicy Fried Chicken!
My experience at this restaurant was centered around their seriously spicy fried chicken. I eat a lot of spicy food, and the level 4 here is the hottest I've encountered in the Bay Area that wasn't part of a challenge. It's hotter than Dave's Hot Chicken Reaper and Scratch Cookery level 7.
This stuff HURTS, but it was exactly what I wanted. Additionally, the sandwich features a huge chunk of chicken.

Hidden Gem: Burger & Chicken Sandwich!
Let me tell y'all a little secret. While this place is known for their chicken sandwich, the burger is truly Top 5 in the bay! I've never ordered a burger before that didn't need extra condiments, but this one was perfect as is.
I didn't even make it out of the parking lot before it was gone. The chicken sandwich is also AMAZING – it's huge, well-cooked, and well-seasoned. I've tried low spice levels, and even level 2 was quite hot for me on a first date.
I've been back multiple times, and the sandwich is consistently great. It's one of those low-key places I want people to discover, but I also hope it doesn't get too crowded so I can still get what I like!

Disappointing Chicken Sandwich
My experience at the restaurant was disappointing. I ordered the chicken sandwich, but it contained cartilage or bone, which I did not like. The food left me feeling gross, and I found it to be overpriced for not that great quality.

Amazing Hole in the Wall Gem
This is an amazing hole in the wall that could be easily passed up if you aren't aware. I will always recommend this place to any friends in the area.
