My experience at this restaurant was defined by two outstanding elements: the hand-breaded mini corn dogs and the availability of Pliny on tap. These alone earned a perfect five stars. The service was good, and there were plenty of TVs to catch any sports. However, the true stars of the show were undoubtedly the mini corn dogs and the Russian River taps.

My experience at this restaurant was quite negative. The bartender ignored me and continued chatting with other customers. If you're looking to wait 30 minutes for a single beer, then this is the place for you.

My experience at Local Tap was a fantastic choice. We were looking for good bars near the Hyatt while in town for a friend's treatment at UCSF. The Whisky Sour was huge, and they had Pliny on draft. The Fish & Chips were great. The staff, Pete & Paulie, made us feel like neighborhood regulars, which was a big shout out to them. Thanks again, guys!

My experience at the restaurant was fantastic! I loved the great food and the great people. The atmosphere was also a highlight, especially if you enjoy the vibe of Midwest bars. The cheese curds were particularly great.

Local Tap is one of my favorite bar/restaurants in San Francisco. The food is very good with a lot of options, and it’s the perfect spot to stop in for drinks and bites on your way to or from a Giants game. Looking for a sports bar? Here’s your place! During Football season, it’s a Packers bar but fans of all teams are welcome. Brace yourself for fun and often, crowds! Props to the staff for handling everyone on game days.

I stumbled upon this place and was impressed by their nice beer menu. I asked for a recommendation and, although I'm typically not a taco salad fan, I was served the best taco salad I have ever had. The dressing was amazing.

True to its name, this is a great local spot. The staff is friendly and engaging, the food is good, the drinks are good, and the atmosphere is great. If you want to get to know the neighborhood, this is a great spot to start.

This is easily one of my favorite bars in the city. The bartenders are awesome, the food is great, and they have solid happy hour specials. I highly recommend getting the cheese curds!

Shoutout to Paul! We came in for the Cubs vs. Giants game, and our first stop after checking into our hotel was Local Tap. Paul told us to come by the next day, and he took care of us. When I return to San Francisco, I will be sure to say what up to our guy Paul!
