My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. I was overcharged $5 for a crunch crust, which was supposed to cost $9. 49. It felt like a rip-off. When I inquired, there was no refunds and not even a justification provided. Additionally, the service was slow; they initially estimated a 10-minute wait for the pizza, but it took nearly 30 minutes to be ready.

I frequently visit this Little Caesars for my cheat meal after work on Saturday or Sunday. The workers are always welcoming and friendly. My cheat meal, which consists of cheese crazy puffs, is always made exactly how I like them.

I went in for a 'hot and ready' pizza expecting a cheese pizza, but it turned out to be pepperoni unless specified. While I understand that food cannot be returned once it leaves the establishment, it would be a better customer service practice to inform customers about the type of pizza they are receiving beforehand. This is especially important for individuals with dietary restrictions, such as observant Jews who do not eat pork.
