Rude Staff and Long Wait
As a DoorDash pickup driver, my experience at this restaurant was marked by very rude staff. I waited for 30 minutes for my order, despite the store not being busy. The atmosphere was pleasant, rated a 5, and the noise level was quiet, making it easy to talk.

Delicious Sandwiches and Great Service!
My experience at this restaurant was very positive. We ordered the Rompiballe Sandwich and The Milanese Sandwich. While both were very tasty, The Milanese Sandwich was our favorite.
It was incredibly fresh, and we appreciated the harmonious blend of ingredients. The service was fast, and we had no trouble finding a table. It truly felt like being in a nice sandwich shop in Firenze.
Thank you!

Refreshing Afternoon Snack!
I usually visit the other location, but since I live just one block away, I decided to pop by for an afternoon snack. I'm so glad I did! I enjoyed a Raspberry Sorbet and a Pomegranate & Orange San Pellegrini.
Both were incredibly refreshing. While I typically opt for a glass of red wine, stuffed hot peppers, and a cannoli, my choices today were perfect. Thanks, guys!
I'll definitely be back soon.

Italian Sandwich Gem with Beautiful Views
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! It was pretty close to my favorite Italian sandwich that I had in North Beach 20 years ago. The server was very kind and helpful.
The area was really beautiful to sit surrounded by the beautiful history of SF with city hall right there. I highly recommend to at least get a drink and sit at their tables if you're not hungry.

Disappointing Closure Before Stated Hours
My experience at Limoncello ToGo was disappointing. The Google Maps and website stated they were open until 6: 00 pm. However, when I arrived at 5: 52 pm, their kiosk was already locked up tight 😢.

Fresh and Delicious, but Pricey
I had an awesome experience at this new vendor in the Civic Center Plaza, located where Bi-Rite used to be. I tried four items: the napolitano, caprese, and veggie sandwiches, along with the beet salad. All of them were incredibly fresh and delicious, served in generous portions.
The bread they use is soft and yummy, with a perfect bread-to-fillings ratio. My main critique is the pricing. While it's in line with San Francisco prices, it might not be accessible to many local residents.
For example, the gelato starts at $5. 99. Given the playground nearby, it would be great if prices were lower so a family of four wouldn't have to spend nearly $25 on ice cream.

Phenomenal Flavors, A Tad Too Spicy
My experience at the restaurant was largely positive, with the Speciale sandwich being a standout. I requested it spicy, and while it was a tad too spicy for my preference, the overall flavor was phenomenal. I also appreciated the great bread ratio, which was perfect for me today.
The food quality was excellent, and the atmosphere and service were top-notch, both receiving a perfect score.

Expensive and Tasteless Drinks
My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. The Latte Macchiato, priced at $5, was essentially just an espresso shot with a minimal amount of milk. The hot chocolate cost $6, and while the size was acceptable, the powder was not fully dissolved, leaving bitter crumbs floating on top.
This resulted in an unpleasant texture with every sip. Furthermore, the young man behind the counter was neither friendly nor helpful when we were confused due to the absence of a drink menu. I cannot recommend this place for anything; the drinks were not tasty and were very expensive.

Massive Sandwiches and Great Lunch Spot
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic for a quick and easy lunch. I was impressed by the lovely outdoor seating and the absolutely massive sandwiches. The delightful Italian sodas were also a great addition.
I'm so happy to have found such a convenient lunch spot so close to work.
