Amazing Gluten-Free Experience!
My experience at this restaurant was truly amazing. I've dined here multiple times when staying at the hotel, and each visit has been exceptional with regards to both service and food. Even on this occasion, where I wasn't staying at the hotel, the birthday dinner was fantastic, just as always.
They offer a wide variety of gluten-free options and are very accommodating in modifying other dishes. The chef even provided our table of six with a complimentary, specially made gluten-free cheesecake. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and plan to return.
Thank you for the wonderful food and service; finding good gluten-free options and accommodating allergies can be challenging, so I am very grateful.

Delicious Food at Level III
My experience at Level III inside Marriott San Francisco Union Square was fantastic! I loved all the dishes. We had delicious breakfast egg white omelettes.
We also enjoyed their incredible seafood dinner dishes with amazingly fresh ingredients. 👍👍👍😋

Tasty Food, Very Slow Service
My experience at this restaurant, located on the 3rd floor and spread out in a lobby setting, was mixed. The atmosphere was nicely decorated for the holidays, and there was plenty of seating and a bar. The food was tasty, with excellent fries.
However, the service was verrrry slow. We ordered two drinks at once, and the wait was significant. We were there ahead of a theater show, and the slow service was a concern.

Calm, Upscale Drinks & Bites
My experience at this restaurant was for a calm and relaxing drink with a few small bites. The atmosphere was upscale but not uppity. I found the staff to be very friendly and well educated about their products.
A gorgeous art piece at the entrance also stood out.

Rude Service, Good Food
My experience at this restaurant was mixed. The food was good, described as tasty and a bit expensive. However, the service was a significant issue.
Our waiter, an Asian woman, was very rude when we inquired about menu items. When asked about the JW Burger, she dismissively replied, "ITS JUST A BURGER. " in a disrespectful tone.
She seemed to notice our shock and later insisted on a 25% tip despite her bitter attitude. I was unwilling to tip generously, offering only $5 for the minimal effort. She did attempt to improve her service towards the end.

Great Service, Mediocre Food
My experience at the restaurant was mixed. While the drinks were great and the service was superb, the food was disappointing. The fish was just okay, and I felt I could have made better at home.
The pasta with shrimp was mediocre and lacked flavor. The atmosphere was also rated highly.

Expensive Breakfast, Long Wait
My experience at this restaurant for breakfast was disappointing. While the hotel itself is very nice, the food was way more expensive than it should’ve been. I paid $36 for three buttermilk pancakes, which were just average and not at all worthy of the price tag.
To make matters worse, it took an hour for my pancakes to be made, and during that time, my glass of water was never refilled. The only positive note was the nice lady at the reception desk.

Great Service, Decent Food
My experience at this restaurant, located on the third floor, was primarily defined by its great service. Michelle, in particular, has provided exceptional service for nearly 25 years. While I haven't been dining here for that long, she is as friendly and polite as anyone could be, earning a 5/5 for her service.
Regarding the food, it was hearty and tasty, though perhaps a step or two away from being truly delightful. I wish the dinner menu changed more frequently. The triple chocolate mousse and fish were highlights, but the low sodium supply and the fruit-combo garnish were lowlights.

My experience at this beautiful establishment was elevated by the exceptional service provided by AJ! It’s been a while since I’ve seen someone with such a sense of intent, urgency, and care. He demonstrated excellence with his service and truly elevates this establishment.
