My experience at this restaurant was exceptional. The manager made me feel so important, and the food arrived surprisingly quickly. I was shocked at how good it was, especially coming from Atlanta where I thought I had tried the best Greek places. The sampler platter was beyond amazing, and I'm already craving it again before I leave! Raya and Alicia treated me like family, making the visit truly memorable.

I did not appreciate the meal. Furthermore, the server made a mistake with the order. To make matters worse, you have to cross the kitchen to get to the restrooms!

My experience began with an order through Uber Eats where one plate was missing. When I contacted the restaurant, the person on the phone was rude and unhelpful, denying any mistake and refusing to involve a manager or kitchen staff. This led to a horrible experience for my party of 8, as we didn't have enough food. I initially felt shame for the establishment. However, after an edit, I changed my rating to 3 stars because the owner apologized. Despite the apology, the staff requires serious training in customer service. Furthermore, the online menu's depiction of the family-style dish for $34 was misleading, showing a huge plate that couldn't possibly fit into one to-go box. If this were my establishment, I would have offered solutions like picking up another plate or providing credit for a future visit, as there are many ways to solve a problem.

My experience at this restaurant has been consistently positive since the 90s. It's one of my favorite spots in San Francisco and beyond. The food is consistently tasty and fresh, and the prices are reasonable. I particularly enjoy the sampler plate.

My experience at the restaurant was incredibly delicious! I ordered the Med plate, which included a four cheese fillo, a levat sandwich, pomegranate chicken, and a green salad. Everything was so tasty and satisfying. The food quality was excellent, and I thoroughly enjoyed each component of the meal. The service was top-notch, rated 5 out of 5, and the atmosphere also received a perfect 5. It was a wonderful lunch experience with a price range of $10–20 per person, suitable for all group sizes.

We recently had a larger party gather for a birthday celebration, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. I had wanted to request to sit inside, and speaking with Alicia directly, she was very kind to ensure everything would be set for our group. We loved the food here and were so pleased to try a few of their desserts this time as well. Thank you for a lovely time! We will be back.

I've been coming to this place for years and I absolutely love it! The food is consistently delicious and fresh, and everything I've sampled from the menu has been fantastic. Their potato salad is the best I've ever tried. The staff are always friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this place.

My experience at this classic SF eatery in the Castro was fantastic! I've been enjoying their great Middle Eastern food for years. The food, service, and atmosphere all received a perfect 5/5 rating, making for a truly memorable lunch.

On a Saturday evening of a very busy tourist weekend, they gladly pulled tables together to accommodate our group of 9, in just a few minutes, despite not having a reservation! We experienced delicious food and gracious service. We highly recommend this restaurant!

My experience at this restaurant was okay. The food was alright, but unfortunately, the glass for my water smelled like fish, which was quite unpleasant and made the overall experience a bit stinky. However, the waitresses were excellent, providing great service.
