Cozy Spot with a Welcoming Owner
My experience at this restaurant was incredibly warm and welcoming, largely thanks to Pepe, the owner. In a city where most cafes close early, this spot is a rare gem that stays open later. Pepe prepares both drinks and food with evident care, contributing to the consistently cozy atmosphere. I often stop by when I feel lonely, finding comfort in working for a bit or simply saying hello.

Anniversary Delight: Amazing Sandwiches & Service!
My partner and I celebrated our anniversary at this restaurant, based on a recommendation from a friend who lived in SF for 7 years. The sandwiches were absolutely amazing; my partner even described it as 'fine dining a sandwich'. We tried the roasted beef and chicken salami sandwiches, both featuring incredibly flavorful sauces and beautiful presentation. The roasted beef sandwich was our personal favorite. I also enjoyed the soup side, which was delicious and felt very home-y. The service was equally impressive – super kind, sweet, and patient. I'm definitely planning a return visit, perhaps to work remotely next time!
