Today I placed an order and received the wrong items. I had to return to the restaurant, and it was raining heavily with no parking available, so I got completely soaked. I had specifically requested my food to be not spicy, but it was made very spicy. I understand many people enjoy chili, but not everyone does, and I specifically asked for it to be mild for my child.

My experience at this restaurant was positive, with authentic and reasonable prices. While the menu is in Spanish, the staff is happy to help and speaks English, making it accessible for everyone. It's a great place for really good food and also a good opportunity to practice Spanish. I found it to be a great place for takeout, though perhaps less so for dining in. They also offer a variety of great Latin sodas.

My experience at this restaurant was largely positive, centered around the damn good food they specialize in. While the dishes are not cheap and require a 10-15 minute preparation time, the quality makes it worthwhile. I found it to be more of a sit-down place than ideal for takeout. An English menu would be a welcome addition, but thankfully, the pictures and my limited Spanish were sufficient for me, as I was usually the only English-only speaker present.

My experience at this restaurant was buenisimo! The food was excellent, and it truly made me feel like I was back in Guatemala 💙. We will definitely be back again. I 100% recommend it!

My experience at this cool new mom & pop restaurant was fantastic! They have a great selection, including a little variety of Guatemalan chips and snacks. The service, atmosphere, and food were all top-notch, each receiving a perfect score of 5.

I visited this new restaurant in my neighborhood last night for the first time, as I've been wanting to go for a few weeks now since they opened. I arrived a bit late, and the cashier was cleaning up, but as soon as I walked in, he rushed behind the counter to greet me and take my order. He spoke perfect English, which was great and eliminated any language barriers, something I really appreciated. (Plus, he was a cutie). I ordered chicken tacos with a side of rice and beans. The tacos were excellent, with fresh garnishing and lots of meat. However, the chicken itself did taste a bit underseasoned, which was a little dissatisfying as I had to add salt to all three. The rice and beans each came in their own small containers; when I say small, I mean really small. I enjoyed both, but I was hoping for larger portions, similar to what I've received at other restaurants. This was my first time trying Guatemalan food, so I realized this is different from other places I've been. Overall, I wish the rice and beans portions were bigger. I'd give them a 7/10 and the chicken tacos a 7/10 as well. The customer service was fantastic, a 10/10. He even brought my food out to me while I waited in their dining area, which was very nice. I can't wait to try more dishes from here! 🩷

This Guatemala spot in Chinatown, close to Jackson, is a hidden gem! The comida is auténtica, full of sabor, just like real comida casera. It's bien nuevo but already feels like home. If you’re craving authentic Guatemala food, este es el lugar! 🌟🇬🇹

My experience at this restaurant was amazing! I am so proud of chef Marcos and his team for bringing amazing and authentic Guatemalan food to Seattle! The cuchitos were delicious and had an authentic sabor chapín 🇬🇹👌🏽💯. I highly recommend coming to support a great business and great people 💯💯.
