La Corneta Taqueria - Reviews

My experience at the restaurant was mostly good, with everything being good overall. However, I was a little disappointed because I received corn tortillas instead of the flour tortillas I had requested. Unfortunately, I am allergic to corn, which made this a significant issue for me.

My experience at this restaurant was largely positive, primarily due to the excellent food. The environment was also a highlight, described as nice, clean, and bright. However, the service could have been more friendly, as a smile would have gone a long way. Additionally, there was an issue with the men's restroom floor being wet and slippery. Despite these minor drawbacks, it was an overall nice experience.

My experience at this taqueria has been consistently excellent. The crew is always fast and willing to adapt orders to my preferences. I've been a loyal customer since high school, and the food remains just as delicious. While there are usually sports games on the numerous flatscreens, they don't disrupt pleasant conversation. I would choose this taqueria over any other in SF!

My experience at the restaurant was quite disappointing. The burrito was incredibly dry and lacked any flavor, making it feel like I was chewing on cardboard. The cantaloupe juice was also a letdown, tasting like plain water. Overall, a really disappointing meal. 👎

During a walking food tour of the Mission District, I had the pleasure of trying this restaurant. I opted for the carnitas burrito, while my husband chose the mole chicken burrito. The carnitas burrito was absolutely divine; quite possibly the best I've ever tasted. The mole chicken burrito was good, but the carnitas remained my preference. The burritos themselves were refreshingly simple, without unnecessary fuss, and satisfyingly filling.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I found it to be one of the better places for carne asada in the city. The burritos are consistently served very hot. I particularly enjoyed the green sauce, which was very creamy and tart, and the red sauce offered an addictive umami and spicy taste. The restaurant itself boasts a great vibe, making you feel like you're dining in a plaza. It's a solid choice for burritos, and I found the tacos to be interesting due to the inclusion of beans.

She is always attentive and smiling, demonstrating impressive speed and accuracy when taking my order and delivering my food. Gelly also pays close attention to any special requests I have. Her exceptional service isn't limited to me; I've observed her providing the same high level of care to all customers.
