Good Food, Poor Service
It was my first time visiting this restaurant. The food was good, but I was not very happy with their service. The staff member with pink hair was consistently on his phone, and the other staff member was not attentive.
I was unsure if water was an additional purchase, and when I inquired about it with the pink-haired staff member, he scoffed at me as if I were unintelligent. Poor customer service significantly detracts from the dining experience, and I do not believe I will return to this establishment.

Disappointing Order and Overcharged
My experience at the restaurant was extremely disappointing. I ordered the house fried rice but received egg fried rice instead. To make matters worse, they overcharged me 3 bucks.
The food quality and accuracy were not up to par, and the pricing was also an issue.

Concerning Meat Quality in Tangsuyuk
About 70% of the Tangsuyuk (medium size) had a strong gamey smell, making me question the meat quality. The feeling of the gamey taste spreading in my mouth was not pleasant at all. If this issue, which was mentioned in another review a few months ago, still hasn't been resolved, the owner should thoroughly investigate the in-store raw meat management or the supplier's management/distribution status.

Rude Staff Ruins Decent Food
My experience at this restaurant has been consistently negative due to the staff. Every time I visit, they are very rude and unfriendly. This significantly ruins my experience, even though the food quality is decent.
I no longer dine here. EDIT: I specifically recall Tuesday, April 8, around 7 pm. The issue was with the tall young man.

Unique Spot with Large Portions
My experience at this restaurant was unique. The food was good, but it's crucial to read the ingredients before ordering. The indoor seating is situated next to other food vendors, which can make it feel a bit stuffy when busy.
While the portion size was large, the price was also considerable.

Unacceptable Service, Disappointing Experience
This Kyodong location in the Hmart food court has been a family go-to for years. While the service was never great, we never expected exceptional customer care. However, today marked the day we will never return.
My mother placed a carry-out order, and after 20 minutes, the food was presented for dine-in. When I clarified it was to-go, the main female staff member, who identified herself as the manager, showed immediate annoyance. She claimed they couldn't separate the jjajang sauce from the noodles and insisted it was a dine-in order.
After a back-and-forth, the cooks poured the food into to-go containers, which I found unacceptable. The other staff member was unhelpful, texting and smirking. The cooks' attempt to 'separate' noodles with a ladle and additional containers was unhygienic and disrespectful.
The manager became upset when I requested a refund, displaying a very poor attitude. This experience highlighted a severe lack of respect for customers and professionalism. I also witnessed another customer receiving sass for asking for an extra spoon.
It's baffling how a business can take customers for granted in such a competitive industry. I hope the owners address the issues with their staff and quality control.

Consistent Jajangmyeon, Great Value
I first visited this restaurant back in 2023 and have finally returned in 2025. I've consistently ordered the jajangmyeon and haven't found a reason to switch. It remains great and consistent.
I will definitely order it again when I come back. The service is quick, and the portion size is big.

Tangsooyook Disappointment, Jjamppong Good
My first experience with Tangsooyook having a fishy smell like mackerel was quite unusual. The batter was soggy, and the meat tasted so off, it made me wonder if it had gone bad. It's hard to describe the taste other than it was just.
Odd and peculiar; ;; ;. The Jjamppong, however, was delicious. The portion size was generous, but there was a lack of seafood.

Disappointing Tangsuyuk, Won't Return
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The Tangsuyuk meat was tough and the sauce was bland. I've decided not to return.
Previously, I enjoyed my meal here, but it seems the chef has changed. A newly opened Hong Kong restaurant nearby offers similar dishes at slightly lower prices and they are tastier. I recommend checking them out.

Inconsistent Ingredients and Poor Service
At 11: 50 AM, I ordered the sweet and sour pork at the food court. Upon opening the package, I noticed the sauce had no vegetables or toppings. When I inquired, the staff stated that all vegetables were out of stock, which seemed improbable given the store had only been open for 50 minutes.
The staff's explanation that "most people think vegetables are just for decoration" was absurd. They eventually offered to add vegetables separately, but as seen in the photo, they were simply placed on top of the sauce. This contradicts their claim of being out of stock.
They insisted the sauce was freshly made, but the lack of ingredients at opening time is questionable. If proper ingredients are unavailable, the dish should not be sold. I urge the business to operate more effectively.
