My experience at this restaurant was marred by a significant issue with their reservation system. While they accept reservations on Google, upon arrival, we were not acknowledged at the counter. After a 15-minute wait, we were informed that Google reservations are not actually honored, with no prior notice. This meant we hadn't joined the actual waitlist and had completely wasted our time. It's very frustrating, and customers should be clearly informed that Google reservations are not accepted. The food itself was decent.

I was very excited to try this place due to the great reviews online. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I ordered a pork and shrimp dumpling, and it was raw. While the manager on duty was nice and understanding, the chef was aggressive, and other servers handled the situation poorly. I recommend you examine your food before eating it here.

To make matters worse, we were informed that food would take a minimum of 30 minutes after ordering, but we ended up waiting an hour for our beef hotpot.
