Delicious Gyozas and Ramen!
My experience at the restaurant was very positive. We started with gyozas and chicken karage as appetizers, which were perfectly crispy and had a pretty good flavor. For our main courses, we all enjoyed the garlic tonkatsu ramen.
I particularly appreciated the option of "regular sodium" versus low sodium, finding the regular sodium option to be quite good.

Excellent Ramen, Good Service
My experience at the restaurant was during a busy dinner weekend service. Despite the busyness, the service was good, with helpful recommendations from the staff. The ramen was VERY good.
I would recommend getting the less sodium broth.

Modern Ramen Spot with Service Room for Growth
My experience at this restaurant was a blend of interesting decor and promising food, though the service needs refinement. The atmosphere is striking, with traditional lanterns and demon figures adorning the ceiling, all set to K-pop music. It's a nice, clean, and very modern space.
As someone from Japan, I've had my share of ramen, and I ordered the all star ramen with all the fixings. If you love garlic, this is for you, as the broth is very garlic prominent. While the ramen itself was good, the chashu could have benefited from being seared or roasted for extra depth, but the flavors did work well together overall.
The service, however, was a noticeable area for improvement. My group observed that the staff seemed new. We didn't receive our waters until five minutes after our ramen arrived, despite asking.
We also saw staff gathered and standing around, suggesting a need for more training and attentiveness to ensure every guest is well taken care of. I understand this place recently opened, and I hope they use this feedback to improve over time!

Amazing Ramen and Atmosphere
My experience at the restaurant was fantastic. Although the estimated wait time for two people was around 30 minutes, the line moved pretty fast. The service was impeccable, with staff checking on party sizes.
We ordered the Yuzu Ramen and the All Star, which arrived in a reasonable time and were incredibly flavorful. I especially loved the atmosphere; it felt very cultural with Japanese artwork and writing on the walls.

Good Variety, Okay Broth
My experience at the restaurant involved a wait that was a bit long but moved faster than expected. I appreciated the good variety of choices and many different soup options. The free refill of soup was a clear bone broth, which was okay.

Excellent Service and Flavorful Ramen!
My party of 4 was seated immediately at 11: 15 on a Saturday. Our server, Gianna, was incredibly kind and accommodating, especially with our baby brother. She ensured we had the necessary space and comfort, setting a truly welcoming tone.
Gianna was also very thorough when explaining the menu and specials. We ordered Kid's shoyu ramen, Garlic tonkotsu, and Chicken tsukemen, along with pork gyoza. The Garlic tonkotsu was a flavor bomb with perfectly cooked noodles and a decent amount of toppings; I'd recommend getting the light sodium option.
The Chicken tsukemen was pretty good, with fettuccine-like noodles and a watery but flavorful dipping broth, and tender chicken slices. The Kids shoyu was surprisingly really good, featuring softer, thin egg noodles and a perfectly flavorful broth. The gyoza was just okay.
Overall, the service was excellent, the establishment was nice and clean, and the food was really good. Stonestown really needed a place like Kizuki!

Good Tsukemen, Chewy Noodles
My experience at the restaurant was pretty good. I enjoyed the tsukemen, which had good chewy and soft noodles. However, the noodles were thick, which made soaking up the broth harder.
I also liked the texture of the bowls and plates.
