My experience at this restaurant was excellent, offering a great, family-friendly setting. I started with the paneer starter, enjoyed the Kashmiri chai, and finished with chilli cheese naan and daal. I loved the Kashmiri chai so much that I ordered it again instead of dessert. Overall, I loved the whole experience!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My experience at this Indian restaurant in downtown San Francisco was absolutely wonderful. The food was incredibly delicious, bursting with rich flavors and presented beautifully. The space itself is gorgeous, featuring really nice decor and a warm, inviting atmosphere that encourages you to linger. The bartender crafted amazing cocktails, and the servers were exceptionally friendly and attentive. It was a personal touch when the owners stopped by to check in, making the experience feel even more special. You can clearly see the heart they've put into this establishment. I will definitely be returning.

My experience at Kinara was a culinary journey to a fine-dining restaurant in India. The food was both authentic and outstanding. Lively modern Indian pop music set the mood, contributing to a great atmosphere. The mango yogurt, ice cream, and milk chai were exceptional complements to the meal. Their Chicken 69 Bites and lamb biryani were absolutely delicious. However, be prepared for a level of spiciness that goes far beyond usual standards. It was an experience full of flavor and energy — and absolutely well worth it.

I placed a call-in pickup order for my family, which included the chicken tikka masala, karhai chicken, chicken 69 bites, cauli Manchurian, gulab jamun, mango lassi, and some naan. Upon arrival, the staff member confirmed my order and asked me to check the receipt. I assumed my complete order was in the bags. However, upon returning to my room, I discovered that my chicken 69 bites and gulab jamun were missing. This oversight significantly impacted my experience; it probably would have been a 4 to 5-star review if this hadn't happened.

My experience at this restaurant was a mix of authentic flavors and a somewhat unsettling exterior. It's important to note that this is a Pakistani restaurant, not Indian, despite what Google searches might suggest. The food and service were good, offering authentic flavors. We particularly enjoyed their Karahi Chicken and Naan. I would recommend this place if you're in the SF area, but with a word of caution. The outside of the restaurant is a bit shabby, with unpleasant smells and dirty footpaths, typical of some areas in SF. This, combined with a feeling of slight unsafety in the late evening, did affect the overall experience.

My colleague and I stopped by after a long day at our conference. We had developed quite the appetite and we were not disappointed. The service was fantastic, the atmosphere was chill (perfect after sitting in sessions all day), and the food was incredible! We will definitely be coming back.
