I’ve ordered pickup before from this location and although the area is sketchy, my orders have been fine, until tonight. I had ordered my usual 8 piece leg and thighs and got home, opened the bucket: there were only 3 thighs, 6 legs, and 2 of those legs were so pathetic looking! Either they were fished out of the garbage, already gnawed on, or had been sitting forgotten somewhere behind something. There is no way in hell that I will eat this slop! Now I know why the two girls that served me at the window looked so catty. Unfortunately, I live a good 20 miles away (this KFC is closer to my employer) so I won’t be able to return this bucket of garbage until tomorrow but I doubt if I will ever buy from this location again.

I ordered the 4-piece meal set and paid an additional $2 for an upgrade to include another side and a larger drink. However, I was incorrectly charged $3. 99 for the extra side, and the drink size remained unchanged. I only noticed this discrepancy on my receipt after I had finished eating. When I brought this to the attention of the worker, he offered a cash refund of only $1. 50, despite my original payment being by credit card. The refund should have been at least $1. 99. To make matters worse, the worker then refused to return my receipt.

The original KFC BBQ Chicken is back, and I had to revisit it to relive some old memories. The downside is that it's currently limited to 3-piece orders only; 8-piece or 12-piece buckets are not allowed. Despite this limitation, the food itself was a good experience.

My experience at this KFC was disappointing. It was more expensive than other KFCs, and the drive-through signage was confusing. I received the wrong order and was given regular Coke instead of Diet Coke without confirmation. The service was also very rude.

My experience today was quite disappointing. I ordered two chicken littles, fried chicken, and an 8-piece nugget. The fries were soooo bad; I had to spit them out. They were stale and old, and it felt like they were cooked once and then re-fried. I also did not receive the full 8 nuggets; I only got 5. For the price, they looked quite sad. To top it off, they never gave me my receipt.

My experience at this restaurant was very bad. The food was undercooked and sloppy. The corn was old, and my wife felt ill from the food. The atmosphere was also terrible.

My experience at this fast food location was excellent. I applaud this location 👏🏾 🙌🏾 😍 👌🏾 ❤️.

My experience at the restaurant was positive, particularly regarding the service. The cashier, ehal, was very polite and respectful, especially towards my elderly mother who needed assistance ordering her food. The atmosphere was rated a 5, and the food received a 4. The wait time was non-existent, and the group size was suitable for all. The noise level was moderate.

My experience at this KFC was surprisingly positive, especially regarding the customer service. Alison provided amazing customer service, which definitely caught me by surprise. I wasn't expecting this level of service from a KFC. Additionally, the cake tasted amazing. I would definitely recommend it.

My experience at this restaurant was exactly what I needed on a cold, rainy Seattle night. It's the best comfort food right there when you need it, and it's a perfect local spot. The ease of getting in and out was appreciated. I especially enjoyed the Popcorn Chicken Bowl, complete with corn, mashed potatoes, and gravy – oh yum yum!
