Disappointing Stock Issues at Lunch
My experience at the restaurant was quite disappointing, especially considering it was lunchtime. They were out of several key items: salad, kimchi, and daikon. It makes one wonder if they simply didn't want to restock.
This lack of availability significantly impacted the dining experience.

Standard Food, Incorrect Order, Great Location
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. While the store itself is wonderful looking and boasts a great location, the food was standard. Unfortunately, my order was incorrect, which made my dish less than anticipated.
The atmosphere was rated a 5, and the service a 4, with no wait time and very quiet noise levels. Parking was somewhat difficult to find, though free street parking was available.

Disappointing Portions and Service
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. I had to wait about 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there. When it came to my food, the portions were surprisingly small, especially considering I've been to other poke places and know the usual portion sizes.
Additionally, I wasn't offered any toppings. Overall, it was just bad customer service.

Frustrating experience with in-store orders
My experience at the restaurant was quite frustrating. After waiting in line for over 10 minutes, I was informed that they were no longer taking in-store orders due to an overwhelming number of online orders. This was a disappointing turn of events.

Disappointing Salmon Experience
I was really disappointed when I ate salmon here. The salmon was not fresh at all. It felt fatty and tasted very normal, not like the salmon I usually eat.
Very bad.

Disappointing Order Accuracy
I suggest staying open later and advertising more in West Seattle, as many neighbors don't know about the restaurant. On 06/26/25, I ordered a bowl online. I was disappointed that the Mac Salad wasn't available when I ordered, as I always add it.
Upon pickup, I discovered they did have Mac Salad, but it apparently wasn't ready when I placed my order. To my further disappointment, upon arriving home, the bowl lacked the two sauces I ordered, making it "not the same without the sauces. " Considering the cost of over $22, this was an expensive mistake.
This inaccuracy has led me to change my rating.

Skeptical but pleasantly surprised!
I came right when they opened and was initially skeptical due to some reviews, but my experience was fantastic. I was greeted with a smile and handed my food with a smile. The girl making my food was very kind.

Hair Found in Poke Bowl
I came here for lunch and ordered 4 bowls. Today, it was strange that I found a short hair stuck inside one of my poke bowls. I'm not sure if I want to come again.

Unacceptable Wait and Service Experience
I placed an order online at 4: 45 PM with a pickup time for 6: 00 PM. I received a confirmation email and text stating it would be ready at 6: 00 PM, followed by a reminder text. Upon arrival at 6: 10 PM, I discovered my food wasn't even being prepared.
The app then indicated it had been picked up. The staff member, a young individual, informed me I needed to wait and proceeded to serve others in line, leaving me waiting. He then served another customer who arrived after me, before starting to prepare my order.
There was no one behind him at this point. I am unsure if this is a process or training issue, but this experience is unacceptable. I really want to take back the tip I added given the experience.
It was a really poor experience compared to the Just Poke next to my office downtown.

Inconsistent Orders, Good Ingredients
This was my second time ordering online for delivery or self-pickup. Unfortunately, both times, multiple toppings/sides were missing from our bowls. While the quality of the ingredients is good, I likely won't order from here again due to the consistent inaccuracy of orders, even when placed months apart.
