My experience at this restaurant was fantastic, especially regarding the coffee. I've often struggled to find a good, smooth cappuccino when visiting San Francisco, but I believe I've finally found the perfect coffee here. The place itself is cute, with a great chilled and quiet vibe, which I personally enjoy. I'm sure it will become very busy given how good the coffee and atmosphere are!

I found this place while searching for somewhere that sells vanilla lattes, as they aren't very common. The vanilla latte here is incredibly delicious! I'm so glad I discovered it. Why didn't I know about this place sooner? ㅠㅠ

My experience at this coffee shop was very average. The food was mediocre, and the service was also lacking. I'm not sure what people find so exciting here. I left with a cold cup of coffee. The server was kind of abrupt, and despite a couple of requests, I never could get a simple glass of water. Given the abundance of good coffee in San Francisco, it would be a shame to think this was the best.

However, the atmosphere was a significant letdown, rated only 2 out of 5. I strongly advise against using the outdoor seating, as there is faeces on the street outside pretty much everyday. This made the overall experience quite unpleasant.

The bingsoo was incredibly fluffy and light, like fresh snow. The mango bingsoo was generously topped with fresh fruit and mochi, and the green tea bingsoo had a wonderfully deep, balanced matcha flavor that wasn't too sweet. I especially appreciated that they provided condensed milk on the side for customization. The waffle was perfectly crispy outside and soft inside. Portions were great and sharable, though you might want your own! The café itself has a calm, welcoming vibe with a beautiful plant wall and clean design, making it a perfect spot to relax or catch up. The staff was friendly and the service felt genuine, with a relaxed energy. I highly recommend checking out Joy's Place if you're in the area, whether you're a dessert lover or just seeking a great hangout with quality treats.

My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. While the food was good, the service I received from the cashier was incredibly disappointing. Upon entering, she didn't greet me. When I ordered my food for takeout, she placed it on the counter instead of handing it to me. She then proceeded to leave my coffee in an open container and attended to other customers with a generally unapproachable demeanor. Despite tipping her upfront and being polite, I felt treated like a burden. To add to the frustration, my waffle was placed in an upside-down container. As someone who works in a high-volume food counter, I can confidently say her service was lacking and she had a terrible attitude. It's a shame to have such a negative first impression, and I hope she has a better day.
