Absolutely Delicious Pizza Experience!
My experience was the best pizza I've ever had. We had the #7 with the hot honey, and OMG, it was melting in my mouth and absolutely delicious. The cheese pull with every bite was incredible, and the crust was perfectly crunchy but not burnt. The food received a perfect score of 5, and the atmosphere was also rated a 5. The wait time was between 10-30 minutes, and the price per person was $30–50.

Delish Pizza in a Sunny Garden
My experience at this restaurant was delightful. I was attending a conference and decided to walk upstairs to grab a bite in the sunshine, surrounded by beautiful gardens. The pizza was delish. I especially want to commend Danny, who provided excellent care and service to customers. If I could give this location ten stars, I would!

Unexpectedly Delicious Pizza Experience!
I'm not typically a huge pizza lover, but this place has changed my mind. Every year I visit, I find it closed because conference attendees book it out. This year, I made it a mission to try it. I arrived just as they were closing to the public for the week, but their team treated me so well, I didn't even realize it. They took my order and allowed me to sit inside, never making me feel rushed. When I noticed I was the last one and they weren't taking more orders, I tried to hurry, but they reassured me not to rush. This was true hospitality. I ordered the classic pepperoni and was not disappointed. If all pizza tasted like theirs, I would definitely be a pizza lover. I look forward to making this place my first stop on future visits!

Phenomenal Pizza and Unforgettable Service!
My experience at this pizza place was truly incredible, hands down the best pizza I’ve had in San Francisco. The pizza itself was phenomenal, with a light and crispy flour, a sauce bursting with flavor, and incredibly fresh toppings. It's evident they prioritize quality. They even offer a surprisingly delicious gluten-free pizza option, a fantastic choice for those avoiding gluten. What made the visit unforgettable was the amazing service. The manager, Ornacio, went above and beyond, engaging in a genuine conversation and offering complimentary drinks – a thoughtful gesture. To top it off, we were surprised with a delicious slice of cheesecake, the perfect end to a perfect evening. This place is a gem, offering great food, a wonderful atmosphere, and genuinely kind people. I highly recommend it if you're in San Francisco and love pizza. We'll definitely be back!

Burnt Pepperoni, Overpriced
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. While the customer service was decent, the food quality was extremely poor. My pepperoni slices were burnt to kingdom come. Given the high price, this was unacceptable and should not have been served. I would NOT recommend this place, especially if you're considering it for a charitable cause like feeding the homeless. I suggest spending your money elsewhere.

Good Pizza, Loud Music, High Price
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. The pizza itself was pretty good, earning a food score of 5. However, the pricing was outrageous; $14 for what they call a “personal pie” (two slices) felt excessive. While there is some seating available, the music was blasted so loud that my ears hurt, contributing to a very loud and hard-to-hear atmosphere, reflected in an ambience score of 3. The service also received a score of 3.

Unacceptable treatment of a friend
My friend visited this restaurant to order tater tots for a homeless woman. She was rudely dismissed and disregarded, treated as if her presence was a burden due to a private party. Despite outdoor seating and no closed sign, indicating they were open for business, she was turned away. There were several pans of tater tots visible, suggesting it wouldn't have been a significant inconvenience to prepare a small serving. The manager was aware she intended to purchase food for someone in need but couldn’t be bothered to spare one minute to sell her some. The disrespect encountered was inexcusable and unacceptable.

Appalled by Manager's Lack of Humanity
I was on the phone with my best friend who walked into your restaurant trying to get food for someone that was homeless and hungry. I overheard how she was disregarded and blown off! The manager she was trying to get assistance from told her it was a private party. WHO CARES ABOUT YOUR PRIVATE PARTY! There was someone coming to you for food, not to join your party! What is this world coming to that you're so into a private party and drinks that you TOTALLY blew off someone that was homeless and hungry. People are just selfish and have no humanity to care for others in need. All you're going to do is throw the food away anyway, why not be a good SAMARITAN and put that food to good use! To the manager that was too busy on the phone and blowing people off. I hope you don't face the challenges that the homeless lady was facing tonight because, you were awful to treat someone like that. This restaurant is a place I will NEVER visit and I don't live in San Francisco, I live on the East Coast and heard this mistreatment and selfish attitude over the phone. Giving someone tator-tots so they wouldn't go hungry was not an unreasonable request. This bad review is coming from over 3, 000 miles away because that's how deeply this touched me. We need to take care of each other, this restaurant needs to DO BETTER! UPSET BYSTANDER 😡

Rude Manager, Unacceptable Service
My experience at this restaurant was extremely negative due to the rude, uncompassionate, and dismissive manager on duty last night (5/21/25). He was disrespectful and seemed impervious to any customer needs outside of his private party. Despite the doors being open and no signage indicating closure, he refused my request for tater-tots, stating he was closed. When I explained a hungry lady just wanted tater-tots, he repeatedly walked away from me. Another employee also ignored me, acting as if he didn't speak English. The overall lack of service, compassion, humanism, and respect was unnecessary and unacceptable. I will never patronize this restaurant again, nor will I refer it to anyone, including my employer with over 100k employees, to whom I've already sent an email detailing this despicable behavior. While I believe in respect and dignity, even if the manager couldn't serve other customers, he could have handled the situation much better. The areas for improvement are clearly your management and customer service.
