My experience at this restaurant, located as counter seating in a mall, was positive. I found the food to be good, with the burger being on par with Johnny Rockets. While it wasn't anything special, I really enjoyed it. The fries were particularly noteworthy – nicely seasoned and crispy. The service was fantastic, and overall, it offered a reasonable value. A slight reduction in the combo price would elevate it to a great value. It's worth checking out if you're within a 15-minute drive.

My experience at the restaurant was a mixed bag. I ordered the Freeway to Hell burger combo, upgrading my fries to parmesan garlic fries. The burger itself was fantastic – hot, tasty, with some spice, and incredibly saucy. It was so saucy, in fact, that I had to change my shirt afterward and joked that next time, I'll wear napkins! However, the parmesan garlic fries were a letdown. They had no noticeable garlic or cheese, despite being battered, and were simply not worth the upgrade. I won't be getting them again. Next time, I'll stick to just the burger and skip the disappointing fries.

The service was great too! I ate at the counter, and the servers were incredibly kind, consistently checking to ensure I had everything I needed. When my iced tea was running low, they refilled it before I even had to ask – little things like that are great! I highly recommend making the trip inside the mall to eat here!
