Disappointing Drive-Thru Experience
My experience was very disappointing. I placed an order online at 9: 30 pm for drive-through pickup, only to discover the drive-through was closed. When I called the store, I was informed my order would take an additional 20 minutes, which was already after the initial 20-minute wait.
Consequently, I ended up canceling my order and leaving hungry. Jolie, you need to do better; a customer walked away disappointed and hungry.

My experience at this Jollibee was fantastic! It's one of the best I've been to in the states. The service was exceptional, with staff who were so kind, polite, and had a really good, laid-back attitude.
