My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! Everything is always on point. The service was so efficient that they don't take too long. I'm giving it 5 stars across the board for service, atmosphere, and food.

I've been coming here often now, and my daily order is hot wings, and they don't compare to any others I've tried. The fries are immaculate, and with the ranch, it's chef's kiss 💯. The people are very friendly and cool as well. The food is always burning hot, how I love it!

My experience today, 09/17/25, was unusual. The chef initially didn't take calls, stating he was on his personal phone. He even let the phone ring to voicemail a couple of times before picking up and taking my order. This was different from my usual experiences where the owner's son is present and provides excellent customer service, as does the owner. They are a long-standing business in the area, and previously owned another store on the opposite corner.

This is a great place to eat 👌🏾. If you are reading this review, stop playing and go ahead and place your order and leave a nice tip. Those guys are in there working hard making that good food. 👍🏾💪🏾🙏🏾 I wish I had some pics to post.

My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. The fish was fried well, but it could have been seasoned better. I also felt the battered fries should be replaced with steak fries. The desserts were decent. Regarding service, the staff member referred to as 'Big Guy' can be aggressive at times. I found that Two Jacks on Gilman tastes better and is cheaper.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The pictures of the food looked amazing, and the reality lived up to the hype. The service behind the counter was great, and the amount of food was truly amazing – you definitely get what you pay for, and then some. Finally, the taste of the shrimp, wings, & catfish was great! 🙌🏽

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I had the catfish, which was deliciously fried with plentiful portions. The fries were also great, and the person serving them was super friendly. Having just moved here from New York City, this will definitely be one of my go-to spots!

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I highly recommend this place! Their food is absolutely delicious. They serve real mac & cheese & their seafood is so good! You really get a lot for your money.

My experience at this restaurant was by far the worst. It really goes to show you never know who is coming into your business. This particular customer was on his phone the entire time. I greeted him, but he just looked at me and went back to watching a video. I've dined at many restaurants, from upscale places to hole-in-the-walls, and this was the most disappointing. My recommended dish was Catfish Nuggets, but the overall experience with service, atmosphere, and food was rated a 1.

My experience at this restaurant was that of a solid neighborhood fish fry. They serve generous portions of a wide variety of seafood, all with a crunchy cornmeal batter. I appreciated that it was light on salt, which made it feel perfect and not heavy. The choice of two fish and fries for $16. 99 can easily feed two people. The calamari and whiting were excellent. Although it's a Chicago chain, it feels like a solidly Bayview establishment.
