My experience at this restaurant was very positive. It's a cosy place that serves very authentic hot pot rice. The portion size is great, and the fried beef rice noodle had good “wok gas”! I will definitely come back again.

My laid-back family of 3 visited for a quiet Thanksgiving dinner. We enjoyed half a duck, which was tastier than turkey, featuring crunchy skin and a great sauce, though it was a bit too oily for my taste. The Chinese broccoli stir-fry with tons of garlic was awesome, and the S'pore curry fried noodle dish remains our favorite, ordered every time. The service was great. However, diners should be very careful with the slippery tile floor covered with grease; the entire restaurant should be covered with carpet for safety.

My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. The food was great, but the organization was terrible. If you stand in line for take out, don't expect to be served in order. It seemed like their friends were served first, and then the people who complained the loudest. The service aspect of my visit was definitely a low point.

As the first party to arrive and the only ones dining in, we were surprised to wait 35 minutes for our first dish. This is an insane amount of time to wait for food. I had to ask the wait staff to check on our order, and it seemed they were prioritizing to-go orders. My recommendation is to just order take out and skip dine-in. Management, please address the issues with dine-in customer service.

My experience at this restaurant was overall bad. We waited for 30 minutes, and our food never arrived, while other people who came after us received theirs. To make matters worse, no one came to check on us. The service was unbelievable and terrible. I would not recommend going to this restaurant.

My experience at this restaurant was initially very negative. The server charged my card an extra tip after I had already left a cash tip on the table. Furthermore, the server was pressing me to put in a bigger tip. To compound these issues, they missed 4 orders of food. This is not a good business practice. However, after speaking directly with the owner, who assured me he was working to resolve the situation, I truly appreciated the effort he put in to making things right. That demonstrates accountability and good business practice.

My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. The service was terrible; they seemed to force me to choose from a limited meal menu, even though the restaurant wasn't full. The taste of the food was just so-so.

I've been here 3 times, and oddly, the serving staff never seems to want to sit you. I've always had to badger them into a table; it's not enough to talk to them or make eye contact. Today was no exception. Three of us went in, and there were four open tables. We asked the roaming wait staff a few times for a table and got brushed off each time, waiting around for 10 minutes in hopes of getting service. The place wasn't busy, and the wait staff had time to chat with each other as they walked around. I've never had such a weird experience at any other place in CID. On the plus side, the BBQ is reasonable. I would skip dining in and get take out instead, as the BBQ counter is always very responsive.

My experience at this low-key Cantonese spot has been a mixed bag. Some visits were great, while others were just so-so. I’d generally recommend trying the eel and the claypot rice.

The service was excellent, and the staff were welcoming and attentive. The environment was clean, tidy, stylish, and comfortable. It offered great value, making it perfect for gatherings with friends or family. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend it!
