Solid Subs, Stellar Service!
My experience at this restaurant was quite positive. The food was great, tasting like any other sub but still solid and satisfying. What truly stood out was the customer service.
The staff is super nice and outgoing, making a point to inform everyone about their cool local bike delivery service. The atmosphere had good vibes all around. The only downside was the lack of outlets to charge a phone, which would have been convenient.
Overall, it's a good spot for a quick, friendly bite.

Unanswered Calls, Potential Disappointment
I wanted to have a JJs sandwich for the first time in a few years. Unfortunately, no one picked up the phone despite my several attempts to call over more than 30 minutes. Because of this, I didn't place an order.
If the other recent poor reviews are accurate, I've likely been saved from an even worse experience.

Jimmy John's Favorites and New Discoveries
My experience at Jimmy John's was great! I was surprised that the Gargantuan isn't on the menu anymore, but they still make it if you ask. It remains my all-time favorite sub.
My wife tried the new Beef and Cheddar and, although she loves the Porker, she now says the Beef and Cheddar has won her over. She enjoyed it so much she wouldn't share, which makes me eager to try it myself!

Orange Street Location Closure and Parking Woes
It's terribly disappointing that the location on Orange Street has closed down. I'm also concerned about where to park at the Orlando downtown location.

Terrible Lunch Break Experience
I was working at The Kia Center and had only 1 hour for lunch. I ordered an Italian sub and a coke to be delivered to the loading dock. I was told it would arrive in 20 to 30 minutes.
Unfortunately, an hour later, I still hadn't received my food. When I called to cancel my order and get a refund because my lunch break was over, the person at the restaurant was uncooperative. I strongly advise staying away from this particular store and suggest trying Subway instead.

Great Atmosphere and Sandwiches!
I've been working downtown Orlando for about 4 months now, and every time I visit this restaurant, I'm met with a great atmosphere and vibe. The sandwiches are great, expertly made by Phillip, who provides amazing customer service. I truly love coming to this store.

Worst Bread Ever, Worse Than Subway
My experience at this restaurant was extremely negative, primarily due to the food quality. I encountered the hardest bread I have ever had in my entire life. Honestly, this place is worse than Subway.

Frustrating Experience with Inconsistent Hours
My experience at this restaurant was incredibly frustrating. The store is always closed early due to a lack of employees, yet the online hours are not updated. This led to me going out of my way for a closed establishment.
A new schedule was posted at the locked door, but the online information remained inaccurate. Whoever manages this store needs to get with it.

Good sandwich, terrible service
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. While I begrudgingly admit that my sandwich was really good, the service was atrocious. Our server, Zach, could care less about any of his customers.
To make matters worse, he told me my total in pennies, which he thought was funny, but I found frustrating. Additionally, they had closed off part of the restaurant for an unknown reason and did not allow us to use the restroom. I would go back to JJ's, but definitely never this specific location again.

Mediocre Service, No Restroom Access
I visited the store on Friday, June 15th, on my way to a show in Orlando. We arrived close to closing, which wasn't ideal, but the service was mediocre at best. After eating our sandwiches and just about ready to leave, my son asked where the restroom was, only to be told, "Sorry, it's closed.
" We were paying customers, and although the service was weak, I had even tipped to be decent. Reciprocated decency would have been appreciated.
