My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The entire team behind the counter was in a good mood, providing positive, professional, and courteous service. The service was prompt. The manager is 100% on his game, understands the company's direction, and most importantly, makes a great sandwich. The toasted ones are great. !

My experience at Jimmy John's off Lake Mead was fantastic! The total vibe was incredible, with everyone being super friendly and having killer energy. Manager Cameron was all pro and informative, expertly guiding me through the sandwich options. I tried their 3-cheese pizza sandwich, and the combination of marinara and cheese on fresh bread was amazing. The oregano and basil provided a distinct Italian flair, making it incredibly delicious. For a kick, I chose the jalapeno chips, which added the perfect spice and paired wonderfully. I washed it all down with a soda, enjoying the perfect little ice cubes. It was a five-star experience, easy.

My experience involved ordering three sandwiches for curbside pickup. The curbside service was very convenient and fast. However, the sub's lettuce tasted "dirty" – not that it actually was, but it just didn't taste right. Everything else was great.

My experience at this Lake Mead location was awful. I placed an online order for delivery to my workplace, and the sandwich arrived missing the turkey meat, containing only cheese and lettuce. When I called the store, the manager offered two ridiculous options: a credit (which I never received for a similar issue months ago) or to return to the store for a new sandwich. Since I had already paid for delivery and a tip, and it was their error, both options were unacceptable. I drove back to the store, and the same manager, who lacked any customer service skills, was indifferent and unhelpful. I was understandably upset by his dismissive attitude, which made it seem like my fault. I have since filed a complaint with their corporate office. The store is dirty, and the staff, especially the manager, are hopeless.
