My experience involved ordering online, and upon arrival at the specified time, my food was not ready. To make matters worse, tomatoes were added to my order, which I had not requested. This was a frustrating experience with the service and food accuracy.

My experience was quite unpleasant. I consistently ask for my food to be served hot, but it's always forgotten. The last time I requested it be remade hot, they threw the meat on the grill and served the sandwich with cold bread. This created a quiet unpleasant contrast. I won't ever come back now.

While on vacation out of town, I visited to get a Turkey Sub. Nani and Kayla were the staff members who assisted me, and both were terrific! The level of customer service I received is something you don't find just anywhere anymore. Good job, ladies! 😁

It seems they are almost always out of key ingredients, whether it's the rosemary bread, portabella mushrooms, or other items. I find it perplexing how difficult it is to manage ingredient inventory in a restaurant setting. You would expect them to have this sorted out after some time, but unfortunately, that's not the case. This problem isn't limited to the end of their business hours either; it happens throughout the day. I will update my rating if this situation improves in the future.
