I visited Jersey Mike’s and while I truly appreciate the quality and taste of their sandwiches, which are always excellent, I was quite surprised by how rushed and stressful the atmosphere felt. The staff were working extremely fast, taking orders at a pace that seemed stressful not only for them but also for the customers. They were making the sandwiches so quickly that I didn’t even have the chance to say, “Please don’t cut mine, ” before it was already done. The energy in the store felt tense, and it showed in the employees’ expressions and even in the appearance of the workspace. I sincerely hope this level of pressure isn’t coming from management, and that employees are being fairly compensated for their hard work. It would be great if the company could consider balancing speed with a calmer, more pleasant customer experience. People notice these things — and the time for unnecessary workplace pressure has passed.

I visit this place frequently, often around 3: 00 and 4: 00 p. M. , and I'm consistently disappointed because they seem to be out of Italian herbs and cheese bread every time.

I have ordered frequently from this place, both in person and via the mobile app. The shift manager is always prioritizing customers and emphasizing great service. I have become a regular, and they are quick to take a few seconds to hand me my order so they can get back to taking care of their customers. They are always kind and very approachable!

My experience at the restaurant was very positive! I was given a friendly greeting upon entering. The food looked fresh, and my server prepared my sandwich exactly to my directions. They offer convenient large and small pre-wrapped cookies. The large sandwich can be cut into 4 portions, which is great for sharing or multiple snacks. The meats and cheeses are kept refrigerated and sliced only as needed, ensuring a fresher sandwich. There is an outside seating area for customers. I will definitely return when I'm in the I-805/Miramar Rd. area! ✅️💯🙂

My experience at Jersey Mike's was fantastic! 😋 The service at this location is incredibly quick and efficient. The manager truly takes good care of the local businesses around Mira Mar, ensuring amazing subs are served every time. This Jersey Mike's location just hits different!

My experience at this restaurant was positive, especially regarding the freshness of the ingredients. The fresh veggies with my sandwich/subs/hoagie were a definite plus. I also appreciated that the bread was very fresh. My kids enjoyed free subs from MCCS and library events, which they loved. The atmosphere was great, rated 5/5, and the service was also rated 5/5. The food itself received a rating of 3/5.

It's funny that I've been working in Miramar for over 30 years, and this was my first time visiting this restaurant. Wow, the service was good, and they really do remember their customers. I ordered the Jersey Shore Favorite with the Mike's style, full on, and got the giant size. ✋️ down, that was delicious! I still had enough to eat throughout the day. 👏

My experience at this restaurant was marred by terrible customer service from an employee named Josh Green. I had a coupon on my phone, but after the sandwich was made, he refused to accept it, stating he needed a physical coupon. Despite having accepted it in the past and holding a stack of coupons himself, he did not offer me one. I also observed that he has long hair in a ponytail, and while I have the same hairstyle, I believe that in food service, a hairnet and hat are necessary. His position is listed as director of marketing assistant supervisor. I strongly suggest that the people at this location be retrained in customer service. I will be contacting the corporate office.

My experience at the restaurant was fantastic! I had a great sandwich, and it's definitely best eaten in store. I highly recommend trying it "Mike's Way" with added peppers 🌶. I ordered the #9 and added peppers.
