My experience at this restaurant was disappointing, especially if you're looking for fresh food. I ordered an Italian Sandwich, but the cheese was so thinly sliced I couldn't taste it. The vegetables were far from fresh; half the lettuce was already in the onion container before my sandwich was even made. The onions were incredibly thin and stringy, not crispy, and the tomatoes were mushy, suggesting they had been sitting out for a while and lacked freshness. Even the bread didn't taste fresh. The employees seemed more focused on getting customers in and out quickly rather than ensuring the quality of the food. Ironically, they weren't even quick and were unfriendly. I ended up taking my sandwich home to rebuild it with fresh vegetables because the store itself was dirty. I will never waste my money or time here again. No thank you! I'd rather go to the grocery store and build my own sandwich.

I strongly advise against visiting this restaurant. The staff exhibited a nasty attitude and were rude workers. They were dismissive when a customer requested a giant sub instead of their standard sizes and demonstrated an inability to make a proper sandwich. Furthermore, they added extra ingredients that were not requested. I suggest management oversee Blake’s customer service, as it is unacceptable to tell a customer to 'ask for it next time' when an issue can be fixed immediately. This is especially galling when the staff are openly discussing their earlier closing times. While that may be great for them, they need to service customers kindly. I regret spending my money here and had to explicitly ask for my receipt, which was not offered proactively. Additionally, I observed a concerning lack of hygiene, with a plea to wash your hands before touching sandwiches.

My experience at this restaurant has been consistently disappointing. Every time I order a sandwich, it comes out wrong. They often forget to include requested ingredients like avocado and incorrectly add mayonnaise when I've specifically asked for it to be excluded. I'm unsure of what else to do besides stop coming here, but this location desperately needs better quality control.

My experience at Jersey Mike's was amazing! Kevin's sandwich making skills are excellent, and the hot honey is a go-to for almost every sandwich. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and all they had to offer.

I visit this restaurant about once a month, and my experience has always been consistently good. The food has always been just as expected, meeting my expectations every time. Furthermore, the service has always been noticeably top-notch, making each visit a pleasure.

This was our first time ordering from Jersey Mike's, and I was initially excited because they offer gluten-free bread. We ordered the California with extra meat, which cost about $23 for one regular sandwich. This was intended for my son's family lunch picnic. Upon opening the sandwich, I was very disappointed. There was hardly any lettuce, just one tiny, shriveled piece. It was primarily meat and cheese with one skinny tomato, making it extremely dry. They also failed to include the oil and vinegar dressing, lettuce, and the requested pickles. I've heard great things about Jersey Mike's and feel like we were totally ripped off. I'm unsure if it was due to a busy day with orders for the Curie family lunch, but I would like a refund or credit to try again and hopefully receive a decent sandwich this time. This was NOT worth a $23 sandwich.

I recently ordered catering boxes for 125 people from this location a month in advance, and the entire experience was handled seamlessly. DJ and the team were incredibly attentive, taking great care of me throughout the process. They confirmed the order, communicated clearly about when it would be ready, provided all the necessary accoutrements, and even assisted with loading my car. It was a truly wonderful group of people, and the food was all perfect. This catering order was a huge hit, and I would highly recommend ordering from this location!

I've visited this Jersey Mike's location twice. My first visit was about three months ago for a small Turkey and Provolone sandwich as an after-gym snack. This time, I tried the chipotle cheese steak on rosemary parmesan, with added portobello mushrooms, pepper relish, grilled banana peppers, and grilled jalapeños. I was inspired to try this combination after seeing it made by @thatcrazysubguy on Instagram. The sandwich was really good – it was spicy, juicy, and cheesy! Although it was quite heavy, I thoroughly enjoyed it. I ordered online, and my sandwich was ready in just 10 minutes, making the grab-and-go process super simple. I returned again tonight and ordered the No. 9 Club Supreme. I customized it by subbing chipotle mayo for regular mayo and adding pepper relish, and I also had it "Mike's Way. " This sandwich was also really good and, in my opinion, definitely better than the customized chipotle cheesesteak I had previously. I've concluded that the cold sandwiches are where it's at here.

My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. I ordered my food and upon receiving it, I discovered red hair inside the lettuce. To make matters worse, I had already eaten half of my meal. The place wasn’t clean, and they also messed up my order. The teas were served in dirty cups that looked like they hadn't been washed. This was particularly concerning as the establishment had only been open for 2-3 hours. I recommend improving hair containment, such as tying up hair better or using hairnets, as having hair in food is unacceptable for any customer.

My experience at the restaurant was fantastic. I visited when it was less busy and received the best customer service I'd had in years. An employee named Edgar greeted me immediately and was very friendly. He patiently walked me through his favorite menu options, which I really appreciated. When I finally ordered, he suggested I try the sandwich grilled, and it turned out to be delicious. The sandwiches he made were great, and the conversation was even better. I'll definitely be coming back.
