My experience at the restaurant was marked by great service. The staff handled my intricate request with impressive patience and skill. Logan's team did a great job overall.

Ordering online was a joke! I placed an order online, drove 10 minutes to pick it up, and then had to wait 30 minutes for the food. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

My experience at this restaurant was incredibly frustrating. We ordered for the office, and upon arrival, only one sandwich was ready. All the orders were hidden, making it impossible to see what was prepared. The staff was shady and dismissive when we inquired about our orders. Two women were making sandwiches and handling the register, appearing disorganized and unaware of their tasks, with many empty bags and a long line of customers. We observed about 10 people waiting up to 30 minutes for online orders. The worst part was the handling of our order: after waiting 20 minutes for four sandwiches, the fifth was made incorrectly. An Italian sandwich had unnecessary toppings added. Then, right in front of us, the taller employee scraped off toppings, leaving scraps on the sandwich. The wrapping was done haphazardly, with the sandwich falling out. When we requested a remake for our boss's sandwich, it was placed at the end of the queue and pushed aside repeatedly. We could see it sitting there while other sandwiches were made. The taller woman even tried to give us the messed-up sandwich back. The shorter woman made us wait a total of 50 minutes for this last sandwich, showing an emotionless face throughout. She also struggled to confirm a gluten-free order, which is concerning. These employees were incompetent at multitasking, rude, dismissive, and seemed to purposefully make us wait longer. The sandwiches were cold and slimy. I love Jersey Mike's, but the employees at this location were terrible.

We stopped by here when we need a reliably gluten-free meal after a long flight. The staff were courteous, the food was delicious, and they were very careful assembling the gluten-free sub. We appreciate their care and attention and would definitely recommend this place to others.

My experience was disappointing. The bread to meat ratio was so off that it felt like eating a grilled cheese rather than a sandwich. I couldn’t taste NOTHING but bread and cheese. The food quality was a major letdown.

My experience at the restaurant was excellent. The staff made my bowl exactly the way I like it, which is something I find very hard to find. Thank you!

My experience at this Jersey Mike's location has been 10’s across the board and always! As a pregnant woman, I'm always hungry, and the staff here has consistently been so nice, accommodating, and understanding. I've visited other locations, but this one stands out as the best so far. The staff, both previously and during my visit on 7/22 at 5: 22 pm, has been great. I will always come back! They were wonderful before I was pregnant and continue to be great now. The food is great, and they maintain a high standard of cleanliness. It's a 10/10 experience, and the main manager is doing an amazing job!

We walked in when they were about to close, and JD and Elijah were so nice and happy to make our sandwiches. This place was soo clean, and both of them had conversations with us. And the sandwiches were literally amazing! 🤩

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I had excellent sandwiches with friendly staff and quick service. While the prices are a little high for sandwiches, they are so good that I am willing to pay. I highly recommend trying the giant Italian, which is enough for at least two meals.
