My experience at the restaurant was highly disappointing. I placed a mobile order for a Big Kahuna and a Chicken Bug Kahuna. Unfortunately, both of our sandwiches had barely any meat and were served ice cold. I was really looking forward to a hot meal all week, but the sandwiches were so cold that the cheese wasn't even melted. It was definitely not worth the $44 we spent. I've never had this issue with Jersey Mike's before.

I was so pleasantly surprised by how wonderful the service was in there! They gave us suggestions on a great sandwich and invited us to eat there and enjoy our lunch! They were kind to everyone and the place was so clean! They absolutely made my day ❤️ These ladies are absolutely incredible and just brought such a light to my morning! 🥰

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The staff, including Laphawne, Riley, and Anissa, were incredibly friendly and truly took care of us. I love coming to this location. The food was excellent, the service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was great, all contributing to a wonderful dining experience.

My experience at this restaurant was great! I had some excellent subs, especially the roast beef. While it was a little on the expensive side, the quality made it well worth it.

My experience at this restaurant has been consistently disappointing. My food is always missing something or made wrong, and this happens literally every time I give them a chance. I've stopped mentioning it to the manager because it doesn't lead to any change. They clearly need training.

My experience with Jersey Mikes today was disappointing. I ordered four sandwiches through DoorDash, but only two were included in the bag. When I called to complain, the staff suggested I order a cookie through DoorDash and they would include the missing sandwiches. This would have meant paying another delivery fee and tip, which I found unreasonable. I had to drive to the restaurant to pick up the sandwiches myself, and by then, they were cold and soggy. The staff was rude and refused to remake the sandwiches or offer any refund.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The quality and freshness of the food were spot on. Alissa and her red-headed sidekick provided amazing customer service, and everyone was friendly, welcoming, and hardworking. The atmosphere was rated a 5, and the noise level was quiet, making it easy to talk.

My experience at this restaurant was absolutely the best! I wouldn't go to any other store. The Boca Park location is where it's at. The staff is really great and friendly; they know when it's time to play and when it's time to get serious. I love this location more than anything, and the GM is really great as well.

My experience at Jersey Mike’s was disappointing regarding the food. This is the only sandwich shop I like, and this is the third time I’ve come and my sandwich has NO MEEEAT! Literally $20 for a sandwich with no meat is WILD! Both ends of my sandwich had NO MEAT and very little in the middle 🥲. However, the customer service was great, and they were very nice. The sandwich is the problem, and someone needs to fix this issue pleaseeee.

My experience at this restaurant was made truly special by the incredible service provided by Alissa, who I believe is the manager. She greeted every customer warmly, engaged in conversation, and ensured a smooth workflow with her colleagues. It was clear she welcomed many returning customers and made an effort to connect with them. Alissa radiates positive vibes and genuine good intentions. She went above and beyond for everyone, and it felt completely natural. I also appreciated her attention to ensuring gluten-free food was prepared properly and without contamination, which is a rare and welcome service at sandwich shops. She truly made my day and deserves recognition for her exceptional customer service.
