Disappointing Cold Sandwiches
My experience at the restaurant was highly disappointing. I placed a mobile order for a Big Kahuna and a Chicken Bug Kahuna. Unfortunately, both of our sandwiches had barely any meat and were served ice cold.
I was really looking forward to a hot meal all week, but the sandwiches were so cold that the cheese wasn't even melted. It was definitely not worth the $44 we spent. I've never had this issue with Jersey Mike's before.
