Good Pad See Ew, Great Service
My experience at this restaurant was largely positive, especially regarding the food and service. I found the Pad See Ew to be really good, though I personally prefer it with more spice. My wife's dish, which she rated 0 stars, wasn't as good as my 2-star dish. I also noticed a tendency for the Pad See Ew to be sweet, as another reviewer mentioned. On a brighter note, my daughter has a distinctive taste for fresh rolls, and these were a hit! The customer service was great and consistent on our second visit. Overall, great job guys, thank you!

Delicious Lunch Special with Minor Protein Suggestion
My experience at the restaurant was quite positive! I enjoyed the lunch special, which offered very good value at $22. 00. The portions were good, and the food had excellent flavor. While the meal was delicious, I felt they could have added a little more chicken and fewer potatoes. I believe they would encourage more people to return if they increased the protein serving. Overall, a very satisfying meal with great taste and value.

Horrible Service, Wrong Order
I ordered takeout and was given the wrong menu item, which I didn't realize until I got home. I called to request a credit to my credit card. While I wouldn't have minded the substitution usually, I have an allergy to one of the ingredients in the item they provided. To make matters worse, the woman on the phone refused to take responsibility and actually hung up on me. I've ordered from here many times in the past, but I can only imagine the ownership has changed hands. The service is horrible.

Great Food, Slow Service
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. The food was truly on point, earning a perfect score. However, the service was on the slow side, which detracted from the overall experience.

Disappointing Return to a Changed Restaurant
I used to go to this place years ago and loved it. I decided to take my teenage daughter here for a night out just us two. This place must have changed management. I walked in and the remodel was not ideal; definitely different from before. I didn’t care for the update, I loved the old way 🙁. We ordered the Orange chicken and chicken Pad-Thai, both of these dishes did not set well with me or my daughter. I never had Pad-Thai that was sweet, so that threw me off, and the orange chicken did not taste like what I’m used to. We love Thai food and usually go to a great Thai restaurant in the downtown Seattle area off Denny Way but decided to try something different. Never again! I was very disappointed and will not recommend or return. Spent way too much money for it not to taste at least half as good as our usual spots 🤢👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Tiny Portions, Poor Quality for the Price
My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing, primarily due to the portion size and food quality. For $25, I received what felt like the smallest portion of food I've ever encountered, with a mere quarter pound of chicken and some steamed vegetables. The garlic chicken itself was underwhelming; it seemed to be just grilled or broiled, lacking any appealing texture and paling in comparison to every other Thai chicken dish I've ever had. Adding to the dissatisfaction, the restaurant only had an "okay" food health safety rating. I believe they need to significantly increase the quantity of food served, especially if there's a concern about making patrons sick. Honestly, while you might be on 15th Ave, you're not measuring up to the other dining options around Cap Hill. It's time to step up your game.

Inconsistent Food Quality on Weekends
As a loyal customer for six years, it's difficult to give a 3-star rating, but here's why. We've experienced both dine-in and takeout, and while the food is typically very good during the week, we've noticed that weekend orders are consistently watered down. For instance, the peanut sauce for the fresh rolls and the curry are much thinner. This significant discrepancy in food quality is noticeable, and it's a missed opportunity to keep frequent clients happy, regardless of the day. Additionally, we've recently observed a lower food & safety rating from the city, which is concerning. Jamjuree, we want to continue dining with you, so please take this feedback into consideration.

Incredibly Unique Thai Food Experience
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I had some of the best Thai food I’ve ever had in the states. We tried the tofu special (instead of the chicken special), the tamarind entree, and the pad Thai. All dishes were incredibly unique, offering a depth of flavor and quality of ingredients that is hard to find elsewhere. Even the rice was delicious enough to eat on its own. I highly recommend this place and am so glad we checked it out while in town. We will definitely be back next time we’re in Seattle.

Amazing Value and Dietary Options!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The portions were large and the prices were so reasonable. We ordered 2 appetizers and 3 main courses for less than $100, and all four of us were completely full! They also offer great accommodations for gluten-free and vegetarian diets.

Excellent Meal and Friendly Service
I had an excellent meal today, consisting of crab rangoon, pot stickers, and a glass of Chang beer. The server, Niim, was extremely friendly and made the day better. I loved it.
