After a tiring day at the park, we visited this restaurant and ordered a Cuban sandwich, a burger, a kids pizza, and waters. While the decor was deceptively nice, the food did not meet expectations. Our burger patty and pizza were frozen, and my Cuban sandwich was lukewarm and tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. For $70, I would have preferred to go to Wendy's, as the food at the theme park was better and cheaper. Even the theme park burgers were superior.

My experience at the restaurant was highlighted by the exceptional service from Mike, one of the best bartenders I've ever met. He truly deserves a big raise for being so amazing! The atmosphere was rated a 5, and the service also received a perfect 5. However, the food quality was rated a 3. The meal was for dinner with a group of 2 people, and there was no wait time. The price per person was between $30-50.

I spent an incredible evening here. The food is so good, and the pretzel with the cheese sauce is a must-try. A special thanks to our waiter, Michael, who went above and beyond each time we visited. We will definitely come back next year.

My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. The service was great and friendly, with our waiter being exceptionally nice. However, the food was inedible. I encountered a Caesar salad that was literally a head of romaine with the bottom cut off, stuck on the plate, and doused in oil with soggy croutons. On a positive note, the mini condiments were a 10/10.

My experience at this restaurant was defined by a complete lack of service. We were seated, but never once got greeted. The only interaction we had was when a lady mistakenly approached our table to deliver menus for another party, even though we already had ours. This was the extent of the “service” we received. To add to the frustration, a family who arrived 10 minutes after us had their orders taken almost immediately. Ultimately, we had to get up and leave due to the unacceptable service.

My experience at Jake's has been consistently wonderful, making it a highlight of my trips. The pretzel sticks are absolutely the best, and I also love their fish and chips. I haven't encountered anything less than delicious on their menu. Our waiter, Sam, has served us a couple of times, and he's always incredibly attentive and on top of everything.

We visited Jake's twice during our trip and were thoroughly impressed. The outdoor terrace with a waterfall provided an amazing, peaceful, and relaxing ambiance, truly one of the best I've experienced. Our server, Skyler, was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. We enjoyed meals from both the Islands menu and Jake's menu. From the Islands menu, the Mongolian beef, chicken fried rice, and flan were very good. From Jake's menu, the double burger, pretzel rods, and sweet potato fries were also very good. Everything was excellent. The ambiance outside on the terrace, with waterfalls and tropical scenery, was the perfect end to our vacation days.

I had dinner service one night and lunch service on a separate date. Both days, we experienced absolutely delicious and amazing service. All of the drinks were flavorful and not burned, and the beer was cold. The pretzel rods, wings, and burgers were perfect and fresh. Our server Michael for lunch was 5/5; he was attentive, knowledgeable, and provided great service. This restaurant has come so far from the previous years, with a new chef in charge. I would recommend this restaurant/gastro pub to everyone.

We had really high hopes for this restaurant, but unfortunately, the standard was not great. The service was slow, and the food arrived lukewarm. The ribs were extremely fatty, and there was no check-back from the server even though the restaurant was mostly empty. The decor was nice, but we probably wouldn’t return as there are much better options in the area. We expected more for the price.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I had the burger with sweet potato fries, which was great and one of the best meals I’ve had at Universal. The food came out fast, and the kids meals had generous portions. Our server, Skylar, was super friendly and patiently answered all the questions our kids had about the food.
