This is a quintessential working-class, somewhat greasy, American-Chinese food restaurant, and that’s what makes it perfect! I came for lunch and got the pork chow mein entre. This came with a side of fried rice, one small egg roll, and a cup of egg drop soup. First of all, the timing these came out were really fast. And the temperature was piping hot! Maybe a little too hot, but that goes to show they make it right then and dish it out. The flavors were great! There was only one server for the whole floor, and she was doing well to keep up, just running around with her hair on fire.
