My experience at the restaurant was very positive. I really liked the food, especially the beef bulgogi and the strawberry ice cream. The service was good as well. It offered very good value for the price!

Ipot has been my go-to since it opened. I was impressed with their sauce bar, which is one of the best in the city. The à la carte dim sum, included for free, was also a highlight. The service was good, and the overall experience was very positive. I would recommend Ipot!

My experience at this restaurant was great. It was an AYCE (All You Can Eat) experience, costing around $40 for the HP and Grill. They've made a lot of upgrades that really made the place nice. Ordering on your phone was quick and easy. Our server, Vivian, made us feel so welcome and was so attentive. She checked in regularly, our glasses stayed full, and she always had a smile. The staff were all very busy but efficient. We will definitely return.

It's a magnificent place and concept brought to the USA, with convenient parking right outside. Even a short walk around the block would only add to the ambiance! We celebrated my granddaughter's 20th birthday here, marking our first experience with the hot pot concept. We had such a great time, filled with laughs, comfort, and relaxation. The service was beyond amazing, making it feel like an adventure. Every bite was so fresh and delicious! The menu is very diverse, offering something for everyone, and considering how much we enjoyed the food, the price is well within reason.

My experience at the restaurant was easy and there was no wait, which was surprising for a weekday dinner as the place was empty. The service was attentive, very kind, and flexible. However, I think they could add more items to their menu for hotpot variety. Also, they do not label their sauces, which was weird. I asked one of the staff in Chinese if a bottle was sesame oil, and they said yes, but it was not. There were at least 6 unlabeled bottles of condiments. The $37 AYCE hotpot was a decent value.

My fiancé's early birthday dinner at IPOT was a fantastic experience! The restaurant offered a nice variety of appetizers, with the vegetable tempura and chicken karaage being particularly noteworthy for their freshness and great texture. The meat selection and quality were also excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience and will definitely return. IPOT has become my new go-to hot pot place whenever I'm in the city.
