Excellent Food and Unique Oysters
My experience at the restaurant was fantastic! We started with the Indi GO-GO and then enjoyed the hummus, oysters, trout al pastor, and the smash burger. All of these were signature dishes and drinks, and they were all great.
I particularly enjoyed the oysters, which were the most unique I've ever had, featuring little chunks of ahi tuna and hamachi. The trout was also great, and the burger was excellent with an incredible bun. Everything was well priced, especially their beers.
I highly recommend this place.

My experience at Indigo last Friday was fantastic! We received great service from Kash and Susie. The food from the late-night dinner menu was delicious, and the cocktails were absolutely amazing!
I'm already looking forward to going back to try their dinner menu. I 100% recommend trying the wings and the tequila lime sauce 💚.
