Exceptional Sandwiches and Stellar Service!
As a world traveler and a picky sandwich connoisseur, Ike's has earned a top spot among my all-time favorites. I was particularly impressed that they perfectly replicated the Pence Special I used to enjoy in Scottsdale. The Godfather sauce is truly unmatched, and the menu offers endless options for any craving.
I also appreciate their veteran discount, a thoughtful gesture that doesn't go unnoticed. The highlight of my visit, however, was Andrew at the counter. His welcoming demeanor, excellent recommendations, and genuinely engaging personality made him the star of the show.
As a hospitality manager, I wish more employees possessed even half of his energy, warmth, and guest-focused mindset. He's an absolute asset to the team, and I hope leadership recognizes his value. The food was great, but the service was even better.
I would honestly drive from Chula Vista again just to be served by Andrew. THANK YOU!

Poor Service, Left Without Eating
I walked in around 8: 00 PM. One girl was wrapping meats, and two gentlemen were talking by the meat slicer. She looked at me, then at one of the gentlemen, who then looked at me and moved out of view.
I stood there for quite some time. It seemed like they were more interested in conversing and closing, so I left. Screw this place; I went to Arby's.
