My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I opted for a healthy, large bowl with salad, cucumbers, octopus, cilantro, two of their magic dressings, and added extras and seeds. It was yummy and I totally recommend this place and their food 🥘. It was both healthy and delicious!

My experience at this restaurant was overwhelmingly negative. The food was a major disappointment, with the fish not being fresh at all. The service was also poor; the server didn't know about the sauces and the portion size for the rice was laughable, with only 4 steel spoons given. It felt like a garbage place overall.

This is a nice, clean location with awesome people working inside. They also offer a couple of outlets for those who might be traveling on the go and completing business or assignments as a student. The food was freshly made and makes the taste buds pop, sparkle & spike. If using public transit with MUNI, the 22 drops off right there. Enjoy a Poke Bowl.

We enjoyed our visit to I’a Poke! The food was fresh and flavorful, especially the rice, which was absolutely delicious. However, the portion felt a bit small for a “large” bowl, and we wish there had been more rice to balance everything out. The café itself has a cozy and modern vibe with fun wall decor and greenery, as you can see in the photo. It’s a clean and pleasant place to dine in. The restroom is located deeper inside the building, which might be slightly inconvenient, but it was clean and well-kept. The staff were friendly and the overall experience was positive. Definitely worth trying if you’re in the mood for Hawaiian-style poke. My experience at I’a Poke was fantastic. I arrived feeling dehydrated and famished, but the moment I stepped through the doors, I knew I was in good hands. I ordered a medium bowl, which allowed for 3 proteins and unlimited toppings. I chose salmon with wasabi mayo, and one of my toppings was seasoned wakame, which was DELICIOUS and a topping I hadn't seen before at a poke shop. The portions were substantial, and by the end of my visit, I felt thoroughly nourished and satisfied. I also enjoyed 3 cups of complimentary water.

My experience at the restaurant was fantastic! I really enjoyed the fresh fish, especially after swimming at Hamilton Pool 🐠. I also appreciated how all items containing gluten were clearly marked, which is a huge help for someone who is gluten intolerant. It's not easy finding such options in this city, so thank you!

I ordered a large bowl online and was disappointed with the amount of protein I received. Instead, there was an insane amount of seaweed. This experience raises questions about portion control and ingredient distribution.

My experience at this restaurant was exceptional, particularly with their custom poke bowl. It was the best I've had on either side of the Pacific. The fish was cut exactly to my liking, and they offer all the essential toppings. The food was 'Onolicious'!

My experience at this restaurant was absolutely 10/10. I decided to try it on a whim while walking by, and I'm so glad I did! The pole was so good, featuring wry tasty fish and fresh toppings. The great service also contributed to a fantastic meal. I highly recommend this place!

I’ve been coming here for years and I love it. It hits the spot every single time. The restaurant uses really good fresh ingredients and the portions are very filling. I had the Small Poke Bowl for dinner, and it was a great choice. The service was excellent, rated 5/5, and the food was also rated 5/5. The price per person was between $10–20.
