Delicious Food, Worth the Price!
I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews. My experience was great! The staff was always friendly.
The food was delicious! Yes, it's more expensive than most teriyaki places, but you pay $20 and have enough for two meals. If you think you're not getting your values worth, then you're the problem!

Rude Service, No Spicy Teriyaki
My experience was quite negative due to the service. I called asking for Spicy Teriyaki with mushrooms, and the staff member became upset, possibly because it wasn't on the menu. They then questioned if I knew who I was calling and abruptly hung up.
If the item wasn't available, I would have ordered something else, but the lack of patience from the staff member made for a sad experience.

Tasty Teriyaki, But Pricey
My experience at this restaurant was pretty solid! The chicken was a little dry, but the flavor was good. However, it's also a little expensive compared to other teriyaki places I've tried, costing over $20 for a plate.
It was definitely tasty though, and I would come back.

Good Teriyaki and Easy Parking
I came here based on a recommendation from Kenji's list. The gyoza was decent, and for the price, the teriyaki was good. Parking was also easy, with plenty of spaces available.

Generous Portions, Great Experience
We were happy to find this restaurant, having previously visited the one in North Bend. The portion size per course is large enough for 2 people with big appetites. The food was excellent (5/5) and the service was also top-notch (5/5).
The atmosphere was rated a 4, and the noise level was quiet, making it easy to talk.

Overpriced and Basic Food
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The food was quite basic, and considering the ridiculous price, I wouldn't return. Every plate costs at least $20, and the portion sizes were on the smaller side.
They tend to give a lot of rice or vegetables and skimp on the meat. Even a simple soda can was $3 and a bottle was $4. There are better places to eat nearby, so I would pass on this place.

Generous Portions and Great Service!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The portion sizes were incredibly generous, as the food fed me for days. The people working there were really nice, and the food was great.
I also appreciated the indoor dining area and that there was no wait. The atmosphere was rated a 4, service a 5, and food a 5, with a very quiet noise level.

Disappointing Experience, Greedy Practices
My experience at this restaurant was largely negative, primarily due to issues with the food quality and what felt like nickel-and-diming tactics. The hotdog and bun situation was peculiar, and the katsu sauce was intentionally provided in insufficient amounts, forcing customers to purchase more for an additional fee. I found this practice to be a clear attempt to nickel and dime the local community.
While they do offer a fair amount of food, the quality of that abundance is inconsistent, leading to a hit and miss experience. I unfortunately received gristle in my meal, which reflects a general feeling of it being a roll of the dice on what you get. Considering the many other options available and the community-focused efforts of neighboring establishments, such as providing free pretzels and postcards, this place stands out negatively.
I am disappointed that an establishment with such a lack of pride in its work and community engagement still exists in our amazing district. I hope it closes to make way for a more deserving business.

Overcooked Chicken, Not Worth the Price
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The chicken was overdone and rubbery, and the sauce did not complement it well. While the portions were huge, the price of $18 (before tip and tax) felt too high for the quality.
I believe there are better teriyaki options available for the price. Consequently, I won't be returning.

Amazing Food, Great Value!
My experience at the restaurant was fantastic! The food was amazing, and the chicken teriyaki plate, priced at $20, was so generous it fed two people. It was very very good!
I would highly recommend this place!
