I’ve visited this restaurant a couple of times before, and the customer service was good. However, today, my experience was quite different. I ordered a falafel sandwich and found a hair in my fries. When I showed the man at the register, he rudely claimed it was mine, stating I have curly hair. I clarified that the hair was at the back of the fries and not mine. I asked him to simply switch the sandwich to another container, which he did. He then asked if I wanted another set of fries, but due to his rudeness, I declined. I wasn't seeking a refund, but his attitude made me not want to accept the offer. I will not be returning to this establishment.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I had the BEST sandwiches I've ever found in SF. The menu is extensive, and they also offer some awesome teas & boba 🔥. I definitely recommend checking this place out the next time you're in the area!

I'd give 0 stars if I could. My experience was terrible due to rude customers and staff. The employee I encountered hid until absolutely necessary, then proceeded to take the order of the person behind me. To make matters worse, I was laughed at by both the customer and the employee. I left immediately and saw them continue to laugh. Don't waste your time here; there are plenty of great sandwiches elsewhere.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I tried the wings and loaded fries, and they were both super flavorful and cooked just right. The staff was friendly, and the whole place had a chill, welcoming vibe. I would definitely come back.

I have always enjoyed what I order from this establishment. My apologies to the establishment for my first review. After calling and talking to a staff member, I realized there was a misunderstanding on my part. When I saw "turkey, bacon, lettuce & tomato, " I thought I was getting that sandwich. However, I didn't realize it's a "Turkey bacon" sandwich, as I was thinking of separate Turkey slices and bacon slices. My bad, but my apologies. I have deleted my first review and will order correctly next time. Thank you for understanding. 🤗

My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing, particularly with the fish sandwich. The sandwich itself was a hot mess; the roll was huge and the condiments completely overwhelmed the small fish fillet, making it get lost in the bread. While the fries were great, the overall value was questionable. For $20, I've had better sandwiches for less. The service was okay, and the place was empty as usual. The only positive was the giant flat-screen TV playing the news.

My experience at this restaurant and cafe was outstanding. I was particularly impressed with the Warriors Steak and Chicken Shawarma, which offered an impressive flavor profile. The smoothie and boba were also noteworthy, with the coconut flavor being especially refreshing and delicious. The restaurant itself is well-maintained and clean, complemented by a friendly and attentive staff.

My experience at the restaurant was mixed. The smoothies were excellent; we enjoyed the strawberry mango and mixed berry flavors. However, the hotspot fries I ordered for $15 were disappointing. They arrived cold, and the cheese seemed old. I found it odd that napkins were placed directly on top of the fries in the box. I didn't feel comfortable addressing the issue with the cashier, as there had already been a misunderstanding about whether I was charged for the fries, which I clearly was. Despite the issues with the fries, the smoothies were good.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The food always stays fresh & hot 🔥, served with love. Nothing is ever sloppy; instead, it's very tasteful. They also accept EBT. I usually do takeout, so I can only imagine sitting down with that BIG TV. DO NOT BE ALARMED BY THE AREA. GOOD THINGS ARE WORTH MAKING SMALL SACRIFICES FOR! ❤️ 😍 💖
