Excellent Service from Perl!
My experience at the restaurant was fantastic, largely due to the exceptional service provided by Perl. She handed the food order and took care of me very well while I was there. Perl was super kind and very energetic, a true 10/10!
The food was also great.

My experience with this restaurant has been solely through delivery, and the food is so good that it has made me want to dine in. I've ordered several times and the quality has consistently impressed me.

Good Chicken, Okay Service
My experience at Hot Chickz was good. The chicken was a nice size, moist, and crispy. I ordered the two sandwich combo, getting one mild and one medium spicy.
I couldn't really tell the difference between the spice levels, but both were good. The french fries were also crispy and good. My only suggestion for improvement is that they should use a better bun for the sandwiches.
The service was alright; the chef in the back was cool, but the lady at the front taking orders needs to lighten up and be a little happier, perhaps with a smile. There is plenty of parking available.

Closed Early, Poor Service
My experience was disappointing. The restaurant closed 15-20 minutes earlier than stated on Google, despite the owner seemingly being unaware. If the closing time is 9: 30 PM, the hours should be updated online.
The staff member at the front desk was on her phone and dismissively waved customers away, which is sad for a business. This lack of professionalism and inaccurate information led to a negative experience.

Disappointing Hot Chicken Experience
I was so excited to try this place after seeing it online, driven by my love for hot chicken. Upon arrival, the restaurant was quite empty, with only one other person and their child waiting. The cashier at the register was not welcoming at all; her demeanor was dry and she appeared disengaged, which was a bit off-putting, though I was primarily there for the food.
The prices were quite high, comparable to gas prices, which was a surprise! Nevertheless, my excitement remained. The fries were a highlight – good, perfectly cooked, and seasoned with a Cajun blend.
The garlic bread was just okay. The pickles were sadly disappointing, reminiscent of small, low-quality jarred pickles. Now, for the main event, the chicken.
It was as disappointing as the pickles, completely lacking in flavor! While the spice level was acceptable, the absence of taste was a major letdown. I thought Raising Cane's lacked flavor, but this place took the cake.
To make matters worse, the chicken's batter was soggy. I will be passing on this place in the future.

Denied Service Over Bill
I had been eyeing this place for a while and was finally ready to order $65 worth of food. Unfortunately, my credit card had been compromised the day before, and I only had $50 bills and larger. They wouldn't accept anything over $20 bills, and as a result, they denied me service.
I'll never know what the food was like.

The service, atmosphere, and food all received a perfect 5/5 rating.

Best Burger and Great Chicken Sandwich!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I had the Mushroom Burger, which was hands down the best burger I've had in a very long time. It was also surprisingly affordable for the quality.
The Chicken Sandwich was also great. The staff was welcoming, and everything was handmade. 5 stars ^_^

Dave's Hot Chicken Alternative with Better Fries
If you like Dave’s Hot Chicken down the road but don’t like the wait or the line, this place offers the exact same quality of chicken and a nearly identical sauce at the same price. However, this place’s fries are FAR superior and seasoned so well. Plus, I think the tenders were bigger than Dave’s.
