mentioned by 17% of the guests

When it comes to value, a couple of guests did find some positives, noting that drinks offer a great bang for your buck and the price per person was around $10–20. These 2 positive remarks are a good start, but the overall score for value sits at a rather poor 3.3. How are the prices at Hooch?

On average, you’ll spend around $45 per person – from 6 guests. That puts the restaurant in the $41–$50 category. For a Bar & Pub, that’s comfortably mid-range, maybe slightly above.

Looking at the broader market, prices for similar spots tend to be quite spread out, with a mix of very budget-friendly and some premium options, rather than clustering around this mid-range. Since we only have 6 reviews, this gives us a good indication, but more data would paint an even clearer picture.

Here’s a quick look at what guests spend per person, based on the latest 6 reviews. While this data is limited, it gives a good indication of typical spending.

See how this restaurant’s value stacks up against similar spots in Orlando.

For a Bar & Pub, we think $45 per person feels fair, especially if the quality matches. Its not a budget spot, but its a reasonable price for a good time out.

Slow Service, Great Chicken Tenders
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. The kitchen was super slow, and I waited almost 2 hours for my food. However, the chicken tenders were awesome and super juicy. The hot dogs were comparable to ordering from a 7-11. The kitchen needs a lot of improving in service to be able to have a faster turnaround.

Double charged and no response
I visited this restaurant with a friend on a Saturday night. My experience was unfortunately negative due to being double charged for my entire order. I attempted to resolve this by calling the office and leaving messages, but I have received no response. This experience makes me regret leaving such a big tip.
