Absolutely Amazing Food, Will Be Back!
My experience at the restaurant was absolutely amazing! I had the wonton noodle soup and the beef brisket wonton noodle soup, and both were incredible. I will definitely be back!

Good Food, Terrible Service
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. The food was good, earning a 5-star rating. However, the service was horrible, rated at 1 star.
Our waitress was rude and had a horrible attitude. She didn't bring us any water, even though we saw others receiving it. She only changed her demeanor after she noticed our annoyance.
We also experienced a long wait time for our food. Another waitress, who provided good service, checked on us and we mentioned the food delay. Towards the end of our meal, a completely different waitress approached us and, embarrassingly, asked for more tip in front of everyone, repeatedly saying "more tip, more tip, more tip" 😂.
This was particularly frustrating as she hadn't served us at all. I'm giving 1 star for demanding more tip when the service was atrocious and she wasn't even our server. The restroom was also not nice, pretty smelly and wet all around, indicating it wasn't properly cleaned.
Finding parking was difficult.

Excellent Wonton Noodle Soup!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic, especially for their traditional wonton noodle soup. The flavor profile was excellent, and the noodles were perfectly springy and the right size. The highlight, the wonton, was the creme de la creme, featuring an excellent mix of meat, shrimp, and wholesome goodness.
Bravo!

Decent Food, Great Service, Cleanliness Lacking
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. The food was decent, but not exceptional. While we enjoyed the spicy wontons, I've had better elsewhere.
On the other hand, the service was truly great. We were seated quickly, and our server was very attentive and efficient. The restaurant appeared clean, but this impression was unfortunately marred when I visited the bathroom.

Good Noodles, Okay Dumplings
My experience at the restaurant was pretty good overall. I felt like their soup dumplings were a bit oversized compared to normal size, and the 生煎包 weren't the best I've ever had. However, the noodle and veggie dishes, like the black bean sauce with chilis on the green beans, were great.
Other veggie dishes and Singapore noodles, and all that other stuff I've tried there, are always good. It's also nice that you can see them make the won ton and dumplings from scratch as you walk in.

Authentic Chinatown Gem, Still Tasty After Years
I first visited this restaurant over 20 years ago and even ran into Francis Ford Coppola once! They've since moved from the edge of North Beach to the heart of Chinatown. My experience was still tasty and authentic.
The food received a perfect score of 5, as did the service and atmosphere. It was a quiet lunch with no wait time, making it easy to talk.

Tough Liver, No Refund
My experience involved ordering the Pork liver n kidney porridge. Unfortunately, the dish contained tiny slivers of kidney and liver that were tough like leather, suggesting they might have been precooked and frozen. The next table ordered the same dish and complained, returning it.
I was advised DO NOT ORDER this dish. Furthermore, the restaurant did not offer to refund or replace the porridge, leading me to decide that I will not return.

Worth the Wait for Delicious Chinese Food
My experience at this restaurant during the Mid-Autumn Festival was great! Although it was quite packed and there was a wait, it was definitely worth it. I tried the beef chow fun, wonton soup, and pork-chive dumplings, and everything hit the mark.
I will definitely be back!
