A Good Burger, A Nice Place
My experience at this restaurant was positive. I found it to be a good option for a meal. The burger was good, and the place itself was nice.
While not exceptional, it completely met expectations for a solid dining experience. The service was excellent, rated a 5 out of 5, and the food was also very good, rated a 4 out of 5. The atmosphere was pleasant, rated a 4 out of 5, and the noise level was quiet, making it easy to talk.
Parking was noted as difficult to find, with paid street parking available.

Delicious Burgers, Worth the Price!
My experience at the restaurant was great! I tried both the spicy grilled chicken burger and the fried chicken burger. Both were good and definitely worth the money.
I'm already planning my next visit to go for the spicy grilled chicken burger again. ❤️

Excellent Food and Atmosphere!
I felt compelled to write a review because I was surprised it didn't have a higher rating. Everything here is on point. The grilled chicken BLT is so so good and the burgers are delicious too.
The sweet potato fries are yum and the milkshakes are legit, and chocolatey. Best part for me is the flawless gluten free bun, and runner up, steamed broccoli option. Everything is fresh and the vibe is nice, even the music is better than tolerable.
The service and atmosphere were rated a 5, and food was also a 5.

Best Burger in the USA!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic, primarily due to the cheeseburger, which I consider the best I've ever had in the USA. I'd even say it's the only true burger I've eaten here. While Inn n Out is a good fast-food chain, this place offers a superior burger experience.
The price was average, and the onion rings looked appealing. The fries, however, were just okay; I haven't found great fries in the US yet, and while these weren't bad, they didn't compare to the burger. It's an excellent choice for a meal that won't break the bank, especially compared to other nearby "restaurants.
" I don't understand negative comments, except perhaps for those who had the misfortune of visiting the restrooms before ordering.

Solid Burger and Great Shake!
I asked a barista nearby for a recommendation, and it didn’t disappoint. My experience was centered around some solid food. I enjoyed a great shake and the sweet potato fries were also a hit.
The food quality was excellent, earning a 5/5.

Extremely Rude Staff and Unsanitary Conditions
My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. We intended to order food and were looking at the menu when my partner went to use the restroom. An older man then came out and aggressively stated that the restrooms were for customers only.
Despite explaining we were about to order, he remained rude and confrontational. Adding to the unpleasantness, the woman behind the counter was visibly picking her nose throughout our entire visit, even while we were deciding on our order and enduring the man's aggressive behavior. This was incredibly off-putting and unsanitary.
Even after we confirmed our intention to order, the man's tone was consistently aggressive and unwelcoming. Consequently, we decided to leave without ordering. Based on this experience, we will not be returning and cannot recommend this establishment.

Decent Burger with a Few Quirks
I stopped by for lunch one afternoon and waited about 8-10 minutes for my food. The BBQ burger was greasy and juicy, though the meat itself could have used more seasoning. My main issue was the use of shredded iceberg lettuce, which felt too much like corporate fast food; I'd prefer a regular leaf.
On the positive side, the onion rings were very good and perfectly made, and I enjoyed the accompanying ranch dressing. The drink was a standard fountain soda. The bathroom was surprisingly nice.
Overall, it's a decent place to get a hamburger.

Average Burger, Lacking Service
My experience at the restaurant was average. The burger was nothing special, and the workers lacked personality. I found the price to be slightly high for what was offered.

Odd Burger Spot on Columbus Ave
My experience at this burger and fries spot on Columbus Avenue was quite peculiar. It felt like a space oddity, completely out of sync with the surrounding Italian restaurants. I almost imagined it paired with a drive-in cinema, complete with servers bringing milkshakes.
However, I found it to be a better alternative than another yoga studio or, even worse, a nail salon. Personally, I find nail salons for women odd, as I cut my own toenails with my mouth. I wondered if there's a nail salon for men, and thought perhaps this place would have been better suited as a grooming salon for men instead.

Excellent Burgers, Service is Fine
I'm picky about burgers, and these were excellent. While I think a lot of the negative reviews might be about service, I personally found the service to be totally fine.
