Disappointing Banh Mi Experience
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. I ordered a banh mi, which I found to be solid but not as fresh as I hoped. The service was a bit aggressive and not very friendly.
The space itself is a bit cramped, making it not suitable for dining in. While the two elderly women cooking gave it the air of a good home-cooked meal, the taste unfortunately didn't live up to expectations. The chicken in my banh mi actually tasted a bit slimy, which made me feel a bit sick.

Consistently Excellent Vietnamese Food
I've been a regular customer for nearly a year, consistently ordering their vermicelli bowls, banh mis, spring rolls, and pho. This restaurant has never disappointed. The ingredients are always incredibly fresh, and the portions are remarkably generous.
I genuinely believe this is the best Vietnamese restaurant I've ever visited. I truly appreciate the evident care put into preparing the food and even the packaging, ensuring a top-notch eating experience.

Best Banh Mi Value!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic, especially for their sandwiches! I had one of the BEST banh mi I’ve ever tasted, hands down, anywhere in the US. The prices are super affordable, and the amount of food you get is an awesome value.
This family does a really great job, and I encourage everyone to support this local business! It's primarily an order and take-out establishment, so don't expect table service. However, do expect to get a really great loaded banh mi at a really good price!

Delicious Home-Style Cooking!
My first time here was a truly delicious experience! I loved the family-owned, Mom and Pops atmosphere. I ordered the grilled chicken and broken rice plate, and the chicken had that authentic home-cooked taste and feel.
I highly recommend this place if you're in the area. Plus, the price wasn't too bad either. 😉

Generous Portions at a Convenient Location
My experience at this family-style diner was fantastic! They REALLY pack the meat, offering about 2-3 times the amount of noodles. The location is also very convenient, situated right by Civic Center.

Friendly Service, Great Value Meal
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The service was friendly and fast, complementing a simple menu with excellent prices. I ordered the #12 special, which included fresh veggies, herbs, noodles, pork, and egg rolls, along with a grilled pork bahn mi.
The entire meal cost less than $25 and was ready in under 15 minutes. The meat was well seasoned and very flavorful. I particularly enjoyed the sweet tangy sauce that came with my combo.
The portions were very generous as well.

Excellent Banh Mi and Peanut Sauce!
My experience at this restaurant was great, especially with their banh mi and spring rolls with peanut sauce. I particularly enjoyed their peanut sauce, which was on the thicker side, a preference I have over the runny versions found elsewhere. The other menu options were also good, making it a solid choice for lunch food.
I highly recommend opting for takeout, as the establishment seems well-suited for it.

Delicious Authentic Vietnamese Food!
As a first-timer to Vietnamese cuisine, my experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The food was delicious and truly authentic. I highly recommend trying the Spring Roll.
The atmosphere was rated a 5, and the service was also a perfect 5. I use a walker, and I had no problem with wheelchair accessibility getting in and out. The food quality was excellent, earning a 5-star rating.
