My family and I had a wonderful experience at Hard Rock. Everything we ate was delicious, and the memorabilia was stunning. The service made our visit memorable. We'll definitely be back whenever we're in SF. 10/10!

My experience at this Hard Rock Cafe was disappointing. The food was edible but not good, which aligns with my opinion of all Hard Rock Cafes. The menu felt limited, and the bar food was not in line with the brand's iconic history. This visit was comparable to my experiences at Hard Rock Cafes in New York and London; they all seem to suffer from bad food and limited options. The service was rated a 2, and the atmosphere a 3, with a loud noise level where conversation was still possible.

My experience at this restaurant was marked by extremely poor service. I was sat at a table for 15 minutes with no help, no drinks, nothing. To make matters worse, the staff only asked if we needed help on our way out, which was completely unhelpful and frankly, insulting.

My experience was disappointing. I paid $40 for a dry burger that had barely any flavor. There was a terrible balance between quality and price. I do not recommend it. The place itself is very beautiful and the atmosphere was tranquil. However, the food quality was very basic for the price.
