Unacceptable profiling and service
My experience was extremely negative due to the service I received. A woman at the counter told two customers to leave, accusing them of soliciting without any indication they weren't going to buy anything. It was clear they were profiled purely based on their appearance.

Utterly Disgusted by Slimy Chicken
My experience at this restaurant was extremely negative, primarily due to the food quality. The chicken teriyaki bowl had strings of slime coming off every piece of food. In all my years, I have never been so utterly disgusted. This was an unforgivable experience.
