My experience at the restaurant was awesome. The Gobhi Manchurian, vegetable pakoras, momos, and Pannir chilli were all very tasty! The service was excellent, and I loved my visit!

While walking on Irving Street in San Francisco, I discovered Gurung Restaurant, which stood out from the other Asian eateries. Intrigued by the extensive Indian menu, featuring both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, I decided to step inside. The restaurant's welcoming decor, with flower-decked walls, created a garden-like ambiance. On a cool, misty afternoon, I was craving hot and spicy snacks. I ordered the Veg-Chilli Momos and Chilli Paneer, both of which were delicious, perfectly cooked, soft, and juicy. The Gobhi-Manchurian was also a hit, offering a satisfying crunch with perfect spices and sauces. All the dishes tasted incredibly authentic. I'm definitely planning to return to try more of their offerings. The staff was exceptionally friendly and provided excellent suggestions that perfectly matched our cravings. It's a great place with great ambiance and yummy food, a definite go-to for Indian cuisine!

I visited with 3 friends, and we all loved our food. The owner was also incredibly nice, very friendly, and warm. If you're looking to try authentic Nepali food, especially the momo, this place is a must-try. The vegetarian momo, in particular, is one of the best in the Bay Area!

During my first visit to San Francisco, I had the pleasure of dining at Gurung Kitchen. The restaurant offered a great atmosphere, wonderful food, and an inviting staff. For those who find it difficult to choose (as everything looks appealing), I highly recommend asking the staff for their recommendations. We were fortunate to be served by the owner, who expertly guided us through the menu and provided excellent suggestions. The Nepalese dumplings were a particular highlight! I wholeheartedly recommend Gurung Kitchen to anyone who enjoys South Asian cuisine.
